Keyboard Issues!

Hello,

I had some issues with my keyboard. The keyboard keeps writing YT8134YUV}12 instead of writing the numbers only 813412, I’ve no clue what to do next.

My laptop is almost new, I just purchased it online and 6 months old. I’ve tried to clean the keyboard as well.

I would try to return the money if possible ... If such a problem arose after six months of use, then who knows what will happen next

Check this website https://en.key-test.ru and press buttons on your keyboard,

if the keys are correctly assigned to what is displayed on the website but type something different in texts, I believe it's a software issue and your keyboard is fine.
