These two things not only cannot exist together, they are diametrically opposed to each other. One is the literal antithesis of the other.

You know most people just want reality right? I'm forcefully on the side of your personal freedom of being whomever you wanna be, but I'm also a realist when it comes to biological functions, and what I'm truly most opposed to is the vast confusion that is imposed when one thing means another thing and it's confusing and people start fighting about something bcuz the one person is like

"Hey reality, man+woman=baby", and then the other is like "hey, freedom I can be who I wanna be and I don't wanna be mocked for it I want my value to be equal"

People are just saying "I was born a male and I'm not comfortable with the role of the 'man' in society, so socially I'd like to be treated as a 'woman'". That's it. They aren't demanding that their doctor pretend they have female chromosomes. They aren't demanding that you call their penis a vagina.

This is only confusing to people who want to maintain the confusion as as shield for bigotry, at least past a certain point. I was certainly genuinely confused at first, but it only took one serious explanation for it to be really easy to understand. There is no excuse if it has been explained 500 times and you stay confused.

Any scrap of social cohesion America has ever had has relied entirely on rich, powerful, almost universally male, almost universally white people benefiting at the expense of everyone else, in every sphere of life. This is literally the opposite of liberalism.

Well, Blizzard has only changed another spell name in Wotlk Classic and that's the human Racial Every man for himself to Will to Survive.
And there they explicitly stated it's because of inclusivity.

Because it would be freaking odd to change spell names in the Classic version of the game for shits and giggles.

And the reason why i'm linking Retail and Wotlk Classic is because it was changed recently on the Wotlk Classic Beta, whereas on Retail it still has the same name it had 15 years ago.
Even Wowhead article which reported this (before they deleted the news) explained that the word Hysteria has mysogynistic roots.

Yeah, exactly - the racial got changed (pretty sure on both retail *and* classic) because of more inclusive language. We don't really know why they changed the other, especially when it isn't changed on retail! If you wanted to, the word can have misogynistic roots due to the previous 'female hysteria' diagnosis many women have had in the past, but the word right now more generally just means exaggerated (or uncontrolled) emotion (or excitement). I'm using it as a synonym for the outrage conservatives have re. this (and many other things).
