Relic of ulduar which you need for sons of hodir rep, need exalted for the best shoulder enchant outside of the inscription one.
These drops from the dungeons near ulduar.

As the previous poster said, Relics of Uludar will sell pretty well if the guy to turn them in for Sons of Hodir rep is in from the start.

Aside from that, there are some BoE's in some dungeons that could sell pretty well early on, i think Utgarde Keep has some cloth shoulders that are pre raid bis for almost anyone.

WotLK is when you're going to really want to start farming rare items, as a lot of them are going to completely disappear from the game come Cataclysm.

At least this time people will know to expect it to happen at least, and will be able to farm up all the cool stuff that just went POOF before they could be added to one's transmog lists.
