2000 Pet Achievement

Here it is! The 2000 Pet achievement reward!! A Pandarian Ox... Any collectors find this reward even more disappointing than the original 500 mount reward?

2000 Pets is quite the undertaking. Even for 1000 we got Hearthy who was awesome. Now we just get... this?

What does everyone else think. Does this need to change?

I do think it’s underwhelming and could use some uniqueness.
Side-note: it’s a Legion vrykul ox, not a Pandaria yak.

As an achievement Hunter that only does pet battles because of that fact:

Kill me. 2000 is going to require getting the majority of the pets in the game surely?

Not sure what I expected, but yea wanted something a bit more unique and worthwhile.

is it fairly unique? I haven't memorised every pet but I don't think I've seen an Ox. could be wrong though. I'm only on 1200ish so I have a lot of work to do

I don't think there is a pet using that model yet but the model itself is old and could very well be a grey pet you find in the wild. It's like playing Pokemon Red, getting to the end and finding a Weedle instead of a Mewtwo.

Yes its disappointing, but we don't count... so we will keep it!

The sad thing that we have already in the game many pets that are in but disable... like the Son of Goredome! At least that was a unique model.

Or just make that Ox model more fancy!

Actually is not possible to achive that... top collectors got about 1500+ pets, but that its on you, you can achive 2000 pets at the end of this expansion or in the next one. Its a kinda of achievement that can wait years for completion.

What did you expect, honestly? At least it is much better than the old 500 mount reward.
