Who do you think will the the End Game Boss for Dragonflight?

Many people thought the whole N'Zoth thing was a red herring, too. It's easy to claim you saw the strings that controlled the universe with the benefit of hindsight. And for the second post in a row you're intentionally missing the point -- Blizzard can easily conjure an expansion end boss from thin air if they so choose.

Most people probably didn't think Blizzard would be so retarded as to waste N'Zoth and Azshara in a faction war expansion.

These people here in this thread are masters at hindsight, but back when BfA was the current expansion, a lot of people (very reasonably) didn't think Blizzard could wrap up the Fourth War (called Blood War at the time) AND Azshara/N'Zoth, all in just 3 patches.

They tried to do that, and we see that the result was a disaster. Maybe not so much with Azshara, but the N'Zoth ending cinematic has gone down in history as the most pathetic and miserable cutscene Blizzard ever made, and even calling it a cutscene is being generous.

Hahahaha sure. People also thought we would get a siege of stormwind with Sylvanas although that got wrapped up during a x.5 patch. But than again, there were also people who thought we would fight the Jailer on Azeroth on Northrend although they pretty much confirmed Zereth Mortis during Korthia already.

People thought that before we knew anything about .5 and that's mostly because I guess many hoped N'zoth would follow up with a full expansion.
