How do they make money, if you are subbed to be able to play retail, wow classic is free.

Giving you reasons to play gives you reasons to get involved, either socially or emotionally. When you're involved in that way, the chances of you buying things, like say a $70 boost package, goes up. Multiplied by every person who bothered to get the free mount.

Had fun doing this, and this is an above-average mount IMHO in terms of looks. The LK blue glow really makes it stand out, so definitely worthwhile and I'd only done the WotLK starting zone a couple times before and log ago, so again that was fun.

Of course I was mostly just surrounded by players with names like "Justhereformount" "Givemefreemount" etc. lol. so I'm not sure how many more classic players this will get them haha.

Statistically you're sold on much more in much less time and at a deeper emotional level every fourth commercial you watch. Keeping in mind you're also only one person, the number of people doing this is several numbers higher. For my part, I'm not interested in the bundle, but I am playing Classic again. The whole intro took three hours for me due to the pile of people doing it all at the same time. Some of us started joking around about 'the suck' and now we're putzing around in BC together, something I wasn't planning on doing.

Just do the DK intro and you'll find the mount on your retail account next time you login.
And Classic is free, so long as you have a retail sub.

All the class order hall mounts also have custom. Summon animations. Then some things like the gear gliders, and the tbc classic mount also do. So do the new dragons

Yes, classic is "free" as long as you pay $15 sub.
Classic is more grind than the retail, so if you don't mind grind.

I still try to decide play WotLk or not.
WotLk leveling takes a long time compare to the recent WoW expansions.

Biggest RNG's is the last event depending how fast you can get it started and finished, when i was "ready" for it it had 1 min left untill start and we were like 30 dk's slaughtering it

I've been playing since early TBC and have TOOOOONS of alts. How is how many years one have played relevant here?
