I'm not a Messi hater at all, I prefer him over CR, but after the quarter finals he, and the rest of his team can just fuck off. Sure, the Netherlands also misbehaved at the shootout, but that was after the damage was done by that terrible ref. The Argentinians got all riled up after Van Gaal was misquoted by Argentinian media.
So tomorrow it's Allez les Bleus for me.
Fanatism in itself is obnoxious.
Hell, even I joke around about how much media attention Messi receives like when watching the Argentinian transmission of a match, you could actually believe that the commentator is busting a nut every time Messi touches a ball.
But anyway, while I am clearly based, I hope Argentina takes the WC tomorrow.
If not, well, at least I hope for a great match
This world don't give us nothing. It be our lot to suffer... and our duty to fight back.
That escalated quickly. Hoping for a nice farewell for Modric, who always stood in the shadow of Messi and CR.

What does Morocco have to do with kebab?

And they're back.

Beautiful goal

Croatians getting mad because Morocco kept playing while Kramaric, getting injured outside the field, walked back to the center circle and decided to sit down there.
sigh, again with players shoving a ref. Every single one of those should be another yellow.
It ignores such insignificant forces as time, entropy, and death
But why do you call Moroccans kebab?
Like I thought. Like naming us cheese heads, couscous or tajine would be more fitting but you went for that. Kinda sad, especially considering Morocco was one of the pleasant surprises this WC.
Just so you know, kebab is Turkish/Ottoman.

Do they not have the sentiment in Europe of wanting (if you've already lost) to lose to the best? When my NFL team loses in the playoffs, I want that team to win it all, because it makes our loss "justified" because we lost to the best/it was destiny that they were going to win. It's why I've been cheering for KC in the playoffs the past few years after they eliminate the Bills, because I want to know we lost to the best.
You can breathe too hard on Di Maria and he'll go down there.
Stop me if you've heard this one before, Messi scoring a penalty that was questionable at best.
Ex-Mod. Technically retired, they just won't let me quit.
Sometimes, the light of the moon is a key to other spaces. I've found a place where, for a night or two, the streets curve in unfamiliar ways. If I walk here, I might find insight, or I might be touched by madness.
That second goal was bloody brilliant to be fair. But back to the penalty, Di Maria would go down under a light breeze.

If the French come back from this it'll probably be considered one of the greatest WC Finals ever.
