I think I would have liked it more before we got Mechagon. I struggle to see how Undermine would be much besides a version of Mechagon with goblin aesthetic, compared to a gnomish one.
The fact that Mechagon was mostly comprised of the junkyard on the surface doesnt help given the Goblin aesthetic is so grimy and busy to begin with.

Maybe if Mechagon was more akin to Gnomeregan in terms of feeling grand. As it stands I struggle to see how Undermine would feel distinct given it's supposed to be a subterranean city filled with back alleys and dark corners.

It would be neat. But he is simultaneously the emperor of a primarily human kingdom who never interracted with the many new races on Azeroth that appeared since they left. I could absolutely see a case for him being honorable (from his perspective) by joining the Scarlet Crusade reclaim their homeland.

Wait were people earlier really arguing that the titan stasis balls, in the titan vault, with titan architecture, that described as being titan made by the in game Adventure guide; aren't actually titan made?

Yes. The book about the War of the Scaleborn released some time ago specifically stated the prisons were made with Dragon technology. It could have been based on Titan technology, and the dragons could even have asked the Titan constructs make it. But it is most recently confirmed to be Dragon technology, not Titan.

Of course, I very much doubt this will stay correct by the time The Last Titan ends and we see more of the same prisons. There are many here who theorize the books are written concurrently with the expansion using knowledge that gets deprecated before the expansion is over.

Because it was a planned city/continent in Vanilla WoW and an established part of lore considering the various Goblin cartels and trade empires.

    Isn’t that basically Turalyon lol

For me it would be rad if they turn out to be like the Imperium of man wanting to purge the heretics and that the only way to contain them is by shutting down the portal from were they will inevitably come from

For Further clarification the book does say the stone dudes helped the bronze build it, But the idea and the actual design of the prisons come from the dragons not titans or keepers with the dragons being out of contact with them for a few thousand years.

This is of course all changeable in the future.
All I ever wanted was the truth. Remember those words as you read the ones that follow. I never set out to topple my father's kingdom of lies from a sense of misplaced pride. I never wanted to bleed the species to its marrow, reaving half the galaxy clean of human life in this bitter crusade. I never desired any of this, though I know the reasons for which it must be done. But all I ever wanted was the truth.

Where is the evidence that the Emperor of Arathor is evil or villainous? Literally all we know about him is that he is the Emperor of the Arathor and that he sent an expedition across the Storming Seas after receiving a vision of the Light.

I think that people are still stuck in the Danuser era. I'm sure Danuser would have loved to make the Light evil, but that seems to have completely changed under Metzen.

There is only one fact worth mentioning: the Light will be an Ally in Midnight. Metzen's direct words.

Everyone assuming the Emperor of Arathor will be evil, when he could likely end up being an ally in Midnight.

Thrall is his orcsona. That's more of a self-portrait than a character.

Its a follow up to the story laid out in BfA, as is much of TWW.

I think Undermine will be great. TWW otherwise is pretty serious and dark expansion so this is likely the patch to bring some levity to it.

I would love to see Undermine being a fully exploitable zone. Hopefully, we see multiple cartels here with Trade princes alike.

If we do get an Undermine zone or raid I hope we get that car mount that was supposed to be added way back in Cata. (But actually HD)
Would be a cool multi-person mount.

I don't think Turalyon will end up being bad.

I think that he can see which parts of the light are good and which are bad, or the people using them. He ain't as mindless as so many people think.
I don't care either way, but I would say he aint safe either. Anything could happen. Do I see it happen? hmm meh idk.

For Turalyon I think it really depends what and how they will use the light in the story going forward. Outisde of this one time Xe'ra moment, the light has always shown as being a force at our side. But personally I think there is potential with the other side of the coin there as well, it could make for an interesting story. That being said, we know for Midnight the elves are in fact together with the forces of the light, so we could potentially see Turalyon do something here.

Meh they could totally do whatever it’s not the first time they bend their own lore to fit the game.

With undermine major patch, goblins should get access to new body option.

In Midnight, yes. But what happens after we defeat the Void? I'll tell you - the same thing that happened with AU Draenor. Without enemies like the Legion or the Void, the Light will become stronger and more tyrannical. This is natural for all cosmic forces.

..and you think game will revert to 2012 design because? Even 8.3 had old zones repurposed as new sandbox zones and I don't see this happening to the core of azeroth that will obviously have entrance somewhere in Khaz Algar.

What about having two expansions per Timewalking event?
    BC + WoD
    WotLK + Legion
    Cata + BfA
    MoP + SL
(or other combinations, maybe changing each rotation)

Both dungeon queues are available, and they count for the same weekly.
Only the former have raids for now, but I don't see a real reason against having two TW raids available.
But your duty to Azeroth is not yet complete. More is demanded of you... a price the living cannot pay.

My guesses for patch zones for the saga, assuming two per expansion:

    TWW:
    11.1 - Undermine
    11.2 - Avaloren

    Midnight:
    12.1 - Isle of Quel'danas (expanded and void-corrupted)
12.2 - the Realm of Void, featuring Azshara

    TLT:
    13.1 - Iridikron's caverns (Can't remember the name)
13.2 - I don't really have a name for it, I don't think we'd go to another cosmic realm or zereth so soon after going to the void one, but I suspect we're gonna leave Azeroth to fight the titans on something close to their home turf. Maybe where the Constellar come from, or perhaps deeper into Azeroth to a machine prison built around the World Soul itself.

A lot of possible TW expacs wouldnt be an issue if they just put all vendors available all the time. Similar with Remix, I am fine with MoP never coming back only if WoD remix will have Pandaria vendor with all rewards unique to event.

I dont see what I said is somehow bending the lore, but what ever.

Turalyon is simply a boring character in general and we have seen other paladins such as Tirion that had more to them and were more interesting in terms of backround as well. The whole fighting for thousends years in space fighting demons, is just that.. what ever, who cares. Because of that It feels like we know everything we need to know from him already.

The only thing that I would like to see is how the dynamic between Turalyon and Alleria will work out and curious if there will be a clash. To me it sounds more interesting if they showcase both sides of the light and not just evil vs good (light vs void)

We have seen two cases now were the light does things its own way. Xe ra forcing Illidan, without hes permission and the light with characters like Yrel, dreanor and then we also have scarlet crusaders who use it for bad things.

I would be interested in exploring that a bit more.
