Possible, yeah. I'm still not entirely convinced based on the relatively low resolution of the texture (512x256) compared to the other dragonriding mounts (which are all character models just like the 11.0 pre-order mount) which all use 1024x1024 textures or higher. This could also be for the other encrypted mount that has dynamic flying/dragonriding support, which could very well be a gryphon but without character customization options.



The 11.0 pre-order mount has 12 customization options with 46 choices compared to e.g. 10.2's Faerie Dragon mount having 9 options/22 choices, so that one will be just as extensive at least which kind of sets a precedent for mounts in the future as they'd no longer be limiting that to Dragonflight. However, I would expect customizable mounts going forward only through major unlocks like they are now. Other mounts, including probably new ones that aren't as special, will probably have dynamic flying/dragonriding support but without being customizable (there is 1 encrypted mount that currently fits that criteria).

Tbf I would be ok with us getting one legendary mount (re-name from dragonriding mount since it wont be only dragons) per main patch that's customizable, with normal epic mounts to go alongside to fill up our collections.

That said, "full transformations" have to go .... it's ok if I have to choose between colours, but whole different skins should be their own mounts!!! I really dont want that to continue after Dragonflight.

A note about these two, they are pre-Dragonflight and were added in 9.2.0, the S.A.F.E Pilot matches a mini from Warcraft Rumble 1:1 so evidence points in that direction rather than these being anything related to future WoW content.

Can someone confirm this? If It is so... Do you believe that is a round of interviews for 10.2? Or maybe for the rest of DF's patches? They might want to take that out of the way before Blizzcon.

I am guessing that 11.0 interviews will not happen before it is announced.

It would make sense to have them play the intern alpha and allow them to create some content videos for after the blizzcon announcement.

New WoW Expansion Reveal, Next Hearthstone Expansion, Cataclysm announcement certainly.

Unrelated new Survival game reveal, Warcraft Rumble Release Date, if not launch, extremely likely.

I wouldn't be surprised if they announce an expansion/update for Warcraft 3 Reforged at this point. I was extremely surprised when they released 3 Diablo games of the same genre within a year of each other, so I wouldn't put anything past them. Maybe we'll even get more unannounced Warcraft games.

WC3 Re-Reforged is definitely a free PR win that Microsoft will take for further Game Pass good boy points.

not long ago they sent people surveys where they asked about a soft relaunch of wc3 reforged. them fixing it is not unlikely

Probably not possible, but i wish W3 reforged would use some of that Hots engine, the art design the meshes well with each other, when it comes to reforged it didn't when you actually tried the game out and i was wrong about the character models being good before the release.

I have it bought, so i would welcome a free(hopefully) upgrade.

Pretty sure those IDs are just distributed sequentially without any kind of intent in the assigment. They're good for figuring out the chronological order things were added in, but not much else.

idk about expansions, but a similar thing happened with patch 10.1. a bunch of content creators already knew about its content before the announcement

They got access to 10.2 information (not a demo though) a week or so before the announcement, so it's perfectly possible. Would be a new thing to do for an expansion before its announcement though. For real press that's relatively normal, for content creators not so much.
