When are you running into anything but the very last point outside of like, the few hour window at the very start of content release where everyone is trying to do the thing at once? Even for the last one, the respawn timer on most named quest mobs is probably <100s. Instancing everything feels like a pretty bad solution to very minor problems.
Truly they thought they did, but they didn't.

i believe people had the same problem many show on this forum - "i like something so EVERYBODY will like it, and everybody will hate what i hate" attitude
there are many that like classic, and im glad they got it, but those STILL claiming how classic (or now classic+) will kill retail are just beyond stupid...
Yes, both those two hardcore servers would kill retail.

You are asking how the plane spanning Titans and their keeper servants who built technology that can penetrate to the core of the planet, regulate the climate, completely reset all life, create intelligent life, make massive areas completely invisible, contain mountain sized creatures, spin alternate realities etc could traverse an ocean? Yeah sure, they swam there.

Odyn sent ships AFTER those heretics had killed a titan Keeper there. So the Keepers already had arrived before. He could not reach Avaloren after BECAUSE of the defenses erected. And we have no evidence so far that Khaz Algar and Avaloren are the same place. They are probably close or the same because of conservation of detail but we don't have any evidence that it is true.

In every single second of doing those quests?
People kept spamming over Velens dialogues in the man'ari quests.
Tyr's tomb was chock full with people doing the same and despite the quick respawn timer, there were so many people that the guardian mobs you had to kill were immediately greyed out.
Same thing with the nelven heritage set.
Where i had to spent 15 minutes doing the initial quests because everything either greyed out or died instantly, and i had to sit in the queue twice to kill the Nathrezim at the end.
The only story quests that aren't majorly affected by this are the ones that branch out and send you to different locations on the map, so people are spread out all over.
E.g Tyrs guard/Blue dragons.
Idk on what weird, empty and disconnected realm you are playing on, but this issue persists for the first few days and not just the first few hours.the few hour window at the very start of content release where everyone is trying to do the thing at once?
My schedule is chock full with work and school, so i either get to do it on wednesday evening immediately or late over the weekends.
And there is barely a difference at either times in my experience.
People shouldn't be forced to wait several days just to experience an newly available questline in peace.
And i'm not saying "instance everything", just put up a scenario for the narratively more important quests or quests that specifically require your character in the focus.
