What's sus to me is the striking similarity in the title between Stormbreaker and fake Stormbreak leak.
There's no indication in lore for such phrase, nor anything datamined in that regard. If Stormbreaker is legit, that would be a pretty huge coincidence.

We had a fake leak declare the title of this expansion would be Dragonflight before a leak revealed that would be the title. Enough people making titles for their fake leaks and the presumed possibility the expansion will involve passing through storms, it's not impossible someone could stumble on a nearly correct title by chance.

I remember those dracthyr pictures. People were finding spots on the model and saying they were copy/pasted from another model and that was "proof" it was fake. And that blurry still of Koranos in front of Alexstrasza, I think there were more people who thought it was fake than real. Granted, both of those dropped much closer to the expansion announcement than we currently are... but anything can happen. I tend to consider something fake until there is good reason to believe it could be real, but I also don't outright dismiss potential leaks as definitely fake for trivial reasons. And logos? I think there were people who didn't believe the Dragonflight logo was real when it first leaked, either. Heh.

Tbh I thought Koranos was a Dragonmaw orc or some Vrykul. Didn’t think Alexstraza was actually Alexstraza either. Thought it was just some normal dragon.

Scaleface is a legend, certainly was for Dragonflight. But that does offer a good opportunity to mess with us for the sake of amusement. So... we'll see. I doubt how much information even Scaleface could have this far out from BlizzCon.

Something very odd with this leaker also - the logo is amazing if fake ,but why follow up then with a very sketchy pre-order bundle? Such an odd choice unless its a rookie movie and they accidentally showed their false hand. I mean it says we get a ship???

Yeah, definitely, but still it seems like it's easier to jump from Dragon Isles to Dragonflight (especially that it's a commonly used phrase throught WoW history), than from storm (which is a pretty generic word) to Stormbreaker.
Also, there were plent of leaks like: "Beyond the Storm" or something along the lines, but the ones that caught the wide attention are these two

Of course, it's absolutely possible to be a coincidence, sure! Also, in terms of quality, this one seems to be at the podium right now.

If the user pushed two images in a single day, I hope there will be more to come to make it even more credible - maybe a concept art, or the transmog that's cut out from the picture? And of it's legit, maybe he's dosing the hype

I think it's a transmog set or weapon given the character model above it.

Overlap the dragonflight image ontop of the stormbreaker one and the text fits perfectly - now what is interesting is DF is much longer. So maybe this is just a frame of the logo animation?

The spacing of Stormbreaker is sus

We've had 10 WoW box arts and none of them were purple yet. It's due.

My biggest issue with it is Stormbreaker is kind of.. nothing. It's such a weird thing.

I expect if the name was Stormbreaker/Stormbreak it would pertain mostly to the theme of the xpac… Granted, if the next xpac breaks the standard mold, it could be referring to the broad ‘storm’ that is the Blizzard brand, hero’s of the storm… stormbreaker… /shrug.

talking to myself - it does make a lot of sense that with WoWs 10th expansion they tossed the logo format into the trash and started over. Now we could see every xpack from here on out have a completely different frame. not sure if thats the correct move ,but DF didn't have a globe instead just a gem(basically those beacons).
