I am! It would be wild and different, but I wouldn't put it beyond Blizz now that they're trying a bunch of new stuff with Dragonflight ^^
The story involves cosmic myster, a possible return of ancient enemies and much more. What better way to tease what is to be uncovered in the next expansion?

I can see that happening, but I would be very surprised if they used "Azeroth" in the title of another expansion so soon after BfA. It's a shame I missed that whole World Event.

What would you think about a true roguelike? We start with one of three skills and we keep getting more passives an actives, unique new ones, they can even use it to experiment with future classes or crazy conceptos that they have in mind.

I'd be all for it, but they really need to up their game on the encounter design if they decide to revisit Torghast as I remember the bosses being extremely underwhelming. I'm not saying there should be Mage Tower levels of challenges for every floor, but there should be at least some challenge.

Yeah, I also figured that maybe this next expansion could be more desert-like than what we assumed. I just don't know how to combine Elune with Silithus/Uldum yet. But it could be fun.

There's an Obelisk of the Moon in Uldum and a device that turns the desert into an oasis. So much of the zone was just ripping of Raiders of the Lost Ark though that I don't know if much can be tapped for actual WoW lore that wasn't already used in BfA.

All I'm saying is I wouldn't hate this. No new race and one new spec is a bit tiny, but a proper revamp would be great.

Yeah, as a roguelike enjoyer Torghast has massive potential and was a massive letdown. 100% would love for them to give something like it a second go.

Sounds amazing. No idea how all old dungeons being available to M+ would even remotely work, but sure. Maybe some variation of M+ including an evergreen dungeon pool to go alongside the seasonal one.

But yeah, quick and to the point. Doesnt pretend like it knows everything. Focuses on one specific aspect of the next expansion. This is what leaks should look like.

It also needs aesthetic variety and diversity. I maintain that Dragonflight would have been the perfect place for something like this. It could have been situated in Thaldraszuz at the Temporal Conflux. You could have had us going through different time periods throughout Warcrafts history facing well known enemies.

Yeah it is....except if you google any of the major terms that would pull that up you aren't gonna get 4chan. You are gonna get wowhead, etc, with results related to the event. I am not accusing you of alting but I am suggesting that possibility is there. Mods do whatever about my 'targeting' but I am gonna call it out.

Noted what I have I feel that also limits the chance that the expansion would be named after the event as it was increase difficulty in finding things related to the quest chain.
