What is still dont get, why would datamining a d4 build leak wow stuff.

I think that if expansion is really called Shadows of Azeroth, then narratively it would thematically unite every shady thing (Underground, Scarlet Crusade, Void Lords etc) and that would make Yrel and her army appear.
She would want to purge every shadowy thing on Azeroth, but wont make difference between really bad guys (Void Lords etc) and good guys (Anduin, Alleria, shadow priests etc).
And that would reach the point when we would want to stop it, hence the kickstart of the conflict.

While I’ve advocated for a Yrel expansion in the past, I believe that Iridikron and the Algarian Stormrider really stomps out Yrel’s chances of reappearing. I believe that Iridikron is going for the world soul in 11.0, and while Fyrakk uses the firelands to try to destroy Titan stuff in 10.2, Iridikron is going to use the earthen plane (Deepholme) to try to really destroy Titan stuff in 11.0.

It didnt. The actual leak was an expansion and a text file that mentioned kurast and something called spiritborn. All the rest of it seems to be an asspull from someone that happened to see the actual D4 leak and fan fictioned the rest of it

Still, a solid leak still deserves the attention it deserves. And this was still a leak from before the D4 stuff was widely known.

F2P is not bad for WoW but only for the classic version. They could be using server versions from 1.12 to 3.3, this will destroy all pirate servers. But this doesn't work for retail, subscription is needed for stable income for future content creators.

Not if you have a battlepass system that basically replaces the subscription for anyone who collects things, which is the majority of people.

Of course they're AI. He explicitly claimed he used AI to show what he could without incurring in very explicit showoff that could lead him into trouble. They could all be fake, for all we know :P

I wouldn’t be surprised if he’s even being tricked by the void (or harbinger) in this.

Iridikron probably thinks a titan free Azeroth means elemental/primal. But the void obviously has other intentions for the planet.

He wants to free Azeroth of titan influence. What better way to do that than to "destroy" the very thing that brought the titans to Azeroth in the first place?

If for some silly reason they do bring Yrel in I think it’ll be a MU variant.

Or would at least be an ally. The light itself isn’t hostile towards us when there’s a big threat present. (Death, Legion, Void, etc)
At most they’d ally with the 7th force due to N’zoth’s quote of “The light has made a bargain with the enemy of all”
(Unless for some reason Elune is the “enemy of all” to the void? I mean she is meddling with every cosmic force after all.)
