I'll be honest, as excited as I am for BlizzCon, the buildup prior to the event/news is so exhilarating! Once the news is out, that's that. However, we do get to speculate more with actual information, then.

Not Teriz, but here's my take: I think that 11.0 will be to Void expansion the same thing WoD was to Legion. There were demons, and eventually it ended with a demon raid, but was not a "demon expansion". Legion was the "demon expansion".
Same thing here. 11.0 will almost certainly have Void in it, but it's not gonna be a "void expansion". We may go underground, with some elemental and Titan shenanigans, perhaps we kill void-infused Iridikron as the final boss. And then 11.0 ends with a bang, and 12.0 is a straight-up void expac.

They literally are falling apart, pieces of themselves are broken and missing.
And Blizzard explicitly told us that they are falling apart because they are consuming Zereth Mortis's energies.

I did refute this a few pages ago, but they're not going to update some of the older dungeons to go with Mythic+ but the dungeons that have been revamped like Scholomance, Scarlet Monastery (and Scarlet Halls), Deadmines, Shadowfang Keep, Upper Blackrock Spire, Blackfathom Deeps, Razorfen Kraul and Razorfen Downs.. all have the potential to be made into Mythic+ dungeons should Blizz choose to.
(Stormwind Stockades and Ragefire Chasm were revamped as well, but they're too short and easy for Mythic+ and both entrances are within the major cities so people of the opposing faction can't do one or the other.)
I should mention this bit but in the Forsaken Heritage armor quest despite the fact that the Forsaken got rid of a good chunk of the Scarlet Crusade's forces, a few of the members especially some big important named ones managed to escape. Crusader Alrick (Champion of the Argent Dawn) and Inquisitor Fairbell...including a Huntsmen who escaped as well. Alrick also said this quote, "At your side, my lady!" to Fairbell, as if the two are planned to be replacements for Mograine and Whitemane in the Scarlet Monastery.
I don't know... but it does seem like Blizz is giving the Scarlet Crusade a bit of attention lately.

Because plenty of expansions have shifted themes throughout expansion
Also more importantly; none of what you've listed proves anything - we won't know until Blizzcon, and this is a speculation thread

Here's a question
Does anyone actually WANT an elemental themed expansion after Dragonflight? Which is just as much an elemental expansion as it as a dragon one - I would be genuinely disappointed personally

I wouldn't outright hate it depending on what they do with it but yeah I'm pretty elementaled out at this point. Despite Teriz's claims to the contrary DF has been an elemental expansion through and through. I mean shit you could even make the argument that the four zones are themed to specific elements, then you throw in the Incarnates all being Elemental Lords but hot and getting a lighting/air raid and then an earth raid and now a fire raid and yeah. Elements need to cool off for a while or at best be a background story thread imo.
Sometimes, the light of the moon is a key to other spaces. I've found a place where, for a night or two, the streets curve in unfamiliar ways. If I walk here, I might find insight, or I might be touched by madness.

If 11.0 is Avaloren, it's time for another leak. I see some people are on revamp train again, hangover could be massive if it last to Blizzcon xD.
