I would very warmly welcome Vrykuls and ogres if they truly did figure out something out for bigger races to fit as playable races.

Funny thing is when i played WOTLK many, many years ago i thought in my head "vrykuls, ogres would be so awesome to play, maybe in next 10 years it will happen), it still didn't happen.

But if they not, i hope mok'nathal will find a place, since i love rexxar model too, also some questlines with updated leoroxx would be awesome.

Actually, Vanilla should have had High Elves instead of Night Elves and Ogres instead of Forsaken. Nelves and Undead are pretty much their own faction. Their inclusion was forced.
Tbh the relation of Ogres and the Horde is not exactly rosy. The Ogres did enslave and kill the Orcs and the Orcs did destroy the Ogres' cities and reduced them to their current state.
If we do get Ogres I hope they are affected by Ogr'ila and have reclaimed some of their former skills by claiming some of the Apexis relics from BEM. Give me Highmaul-level Ogres, not inarticulate brutes that live in ruins.

And I don't think most doors are THAT short. I can get through most doors while mounted as a Dracthyr or Tauren. An Ogre should be able to get in if they just dismount first.

Even Tauren, who got made a bit smaller for WoW, had issues getting through doors, same with some mounts.
But your duty to Azeroth is not yet complete. More is demanded of you... a price the living cannot pay.

I was wondering why no one mentioned this earlier. I'm considering the ogre as part of the original horde races but my timeline has that happens after a long armistice and the threat posed by other less friendly nations.

Yeah ogres mostly crossed the Dark Portal as mercenaries and had no real loyalty to the Horde. And really their descend from a fairly advanced society to the savage brutes of the first two wars to what we currently have in WoW is truly rapid.

The advanced ogre civilization is just a retcon.

Before WoD ogres were simply just stupid brutes. The slightly smarter two headed ogres were result of Gul'dan's experiments.

Retcon or not, it is the new reality. I get what you are saying but the new lore has them be fairly advanced up until a few short years before the Firt War.

Omg I'm so excited for the quivers! And with that Scholomance staff, it's another vintage piece of equipment that gets a revamp... the plot thickens!

I got excited for these Grimmskull cinch belts thinking it will be some large skull with leather belt, even with the description "everything is larger in nagrand" and it's a tiny buckle with a small horned skull on it, without belt even attached to it.

Still no any new 2h axes datamined but another 1h swords, that's sad for axe users like me looking for something new.

There is a belt, it's just a flat brown texture that nearly melds with those black pants and it has some minor embellishments as well, 3 light brown (gold? bronze?) circles on either side of the buckle.

That 1h sword matches Rhok'delar which already got staff and bow versions in Legion. Wish we had DW Survival

There's literally a toy that transforms you into an ogre and I've had never any issues with the size when using it.

Something void/light related. We will probably leave Azeroth behind again.
Avaloren. BUT it was just mentioned in a sidenote. So i don't expect it to be a complete expansion honestly.

    What 11.0 will not be:
A world revamp. Blizz will never put so much dev time into something so meaningless in an endgame focused game
Southern Isles... i don't think they ae big enough to warrant a complet expansion
We have every reason to believe 10.2 will be Emerald Dream related. Then the Bronze storyline will either be handled in 10.2.5/7 or it will be in 10.3. If the Bronze storyline is resolved in 10.2.5/7 like the blue one will be in the 10.1 patches then 10.3 could indeed by Avaloren.

And then we had to have in Cata ogres instead of goblins. Size wasn't the problem, it was how to make female ogres.

As for the vrykules, make them the size of the Zandalaris trolls and you're done.
I think calling the Mok'nathal clan "simply great orcs" is really weird and misleading, since their culture is a lot different than simple orcs.

Another thing we have 4 elven races, distinct from each other already in the game.

And about the ogre size, the ogres that are no bigger than a tauren look like kids compared to normal sized ogre models in the game, i don't want to play Hasbulla Magomedov sized ogre.

Even the toy is smaller than regular ogre, if you make Vrykuls having the same size as Zandalari, they will just look really weird, especially when interacting with different vrykul NPC's.

The Kor'kron will quietly refer to the Ogres by an orc term that translates to "effete brute." The horde will appear united but the internal politics isn't going to be so...polite.

Before the debacle of WoD I had some notes about lore that I thought that needed to be addressed. But after that...I was inspired to rewrite the lore from the ground up. A catharsis for dealing with idiocy I saw becoming more contrived with every expansion. A timeline for every race...and outlines of important events...noted intersectional crossovers with other races...not to mention class restructuring and racial abilities and development of various cultures.

There is a zone line in datamining as well that mentions emerald dream like we had a similar one for Underground, no? Might be mistaken but I think I saw that posted here. And it makes sense; we never found out why the Primalists are focused on invading the dream but they already made two separate efforts. Wrapping up that storyline makes sense.

No they are not just humans. Please stop with spreading nonsense. Vrykul are literal prognitors and their own race.

What you mean are kul tirans.

Dude, don't take this the wrong way but constantly posting to allude to your fan canon without actually saying how you'd wish things were handled is not really constructive or anything really. No offense.
