The way its shown could be two different pictures overlapping to look a certain way. Even the dwarf statue at the front of IF could be used for that Axe.

I mean, it could literally just be a dwarf character equipped with random gear and put in the "artifact weapon raised" animation that was then modified.

If the leak is real i'm struggling to see where is the "underground" zone or whatever Towlliee was talking about

He already explained his "theory" over a week ago and nobody really paid attention to it. It was pretty ridiculous, so I'm not really sure why he was still getting cited after that- he thinks Classic could get a new Nerubian expansion instead of Cataclysm and Retail would just... do the same thing.

I really don't know how to feel about this one. Visually looks fantastic, but I absolutely can't pinpoint what kind of expansion this will be(best guest is elementals). Plus it's got those "offshoot of a classic Warcraft race" that hasn't really been done that well for some time imo. Also lol another mysterious new continent that's only getting revealed to us now. Still hoping this is fake, but I'm very curious what kind of event will cause us to go to such place.

But this could mean the return of those reveal trailers(separate from expansion cinematic) which I really love. The ones from Cata, MoP, and BfA especially still gets me hyped.

I'd expect the next expansion to play up nostalgia way more. Dragonflight didn't really have any and Shadowlands tried to hang a ton of new ideas on a small amount of icons.

I was dead sure the dracthyr riddle stuff was nonsense and the character creation picture looked ridiculous, but I wasn't willing to post the true extent of my disbelief in the thread just in case I was made a fool when they somehow were proven correct. Even then I'm pretty sure I made it clear I didn't trust Scaleface and didn't take the picture seriously. I was sooo sure it was someone having a laugh stringing the thread along for shits and giggles hahah.

It was definitely quite difficult to believe they'd do something like this; I was arrogant enough to think that it was a dead ringer for a fake leak that they were totally stylistically-inconsistent instead of considering that stylistic inconsistency was the norm going forward.

My favourite was the WoD one.

WoD one was great although none of them ever got me as hyped as the MoP one when they announced Monk with it rolling in. I was a Chen main in DotA do it was kind of a dream come true moment.

I've been thinking we were going to get a revamp next since WoD. 2016 to probably 2026. It will be a10+year dream fulfilled when it happens.

Fun thing about rooting for the revamp is it's already been confirmed just not the time table.

Interestingly three of the zones line up with the three vanir Titans, Khaz'goroth, Aggramar, and Eonar respectively. There will probably be riots if Amitus is canonised and is the influence for the first zone.

We really should have Tinkers right now instead of Dracthyr.


IMO instead of Dracthyr, what I would've done was this:

- All spellcasters get a few optional charge up spells/talents to add some freshness to gameplay.
- Mages get a 4th spec - Chronomancer healing, instead of Preservation existing
- Balance druids get the blue/red Devastation design since it just feels like a more polished version of the sun/moon stuff
- Shaman get a 4th spec - Earthwarden tank, instead of Augmentation existing
- Instead of Dracthyr, we get a Drakonid race that can be a few existing classes, Warrior, shaman, mage etc.

Aggramar had his shield in Stormheim but Golganneth really has the power of storm. The thematic connection in Stormheim was really the warrior culture there.
