Or the same leaker made both. Which I think is VERY possible considering the Aggoran leaker clearly has some talent in modeling.... but not creating completely new models.
The fact that there are little to no real new models in the Avaloren pictures, just reskins or retextures (I think the Dwarf model is not actually new after all) could mean its all private server type stuff. Made by a talented artist playing around with existing wow models.

Can you imagine someone picking the weakest possible images to leak, on purpose, so they can laugh at people going to war over them being fake and make fools of themselves when they are wrong?
Anyway I'm still leaning towards high effort and impressive fake, but I ain't about to die on that hill.

So, zones aside, what kind of features, dungeon/raid loadouts, etc., would everyone like to see (assuming Avaloren/this "leak") is it?

That would be correct, if the precedent or system of these videos had ever changed, which it did not in all of that time. You are trying real hard to make the 11 year gap count for something on the credibility scale, when in fact, it does not, still the same production layout.
You gotta make a claim people actually believe you mean, and it has to rile people up enough for them to want to dunk on you. Post that incessantly for the next week while shooting down everyone else's ideas as being impossible or at the least extremely unlikely because you know what you're talking about, and then you'll have enough enemies. A week may be too short of a time period though so if that fails, make sure to keep going right up until the 12.0 announcement so people remember you and gleefully cheer your downfall.
The leak doesn't exactly give us anything to go on though.
I guess a Harpy themed dungeon up in their hideaways?
I enjoyed Brackenhide, though that could have been more down to Gnolls in DF hitting that sweet spot between silly and intimidating, more so than the dungeon being objectively good.

It really was. I remember speculation they were harbingers of the Old Gods, and that they were the unknown threat that made Neltharion seal the Dracthyr away to fight them at a later date.

Azshara is kind of busted because she’s already been used and defeated. What’s the hook in that? We’re going to Avaloren to beat Azshara again? Why?
Iridikron is too new. We know next to nothing about Xal.
If you’re pushing out a new landmass, you need a strong character to carry it. If you have a known landmass, your character doesn’t have to be as strong, but they still should be known. For example, Sylvanas, arguably the most popular character in WoW carrying the Shadowlands (along with Anduin and Tyrande). Meanwhile you had Sylvanas and an ensemble (Saurfang, Jaina, Anduin, and Azshara) carrying BFA.
In Dragonflight we had Alex, Wrathion, Kalecgos, Nozdormu, and Ebyssian carrying the expansion.
Compare that crop to the crop you mentioned, and you see the problem.
Possibly. Though if I were in that position I would instead try to be misleading by focusing on stuff that isn't necessarily important, so that when the real expansion was announced you get to see everyone get thrown despite everything they saw being correct.
To pick an example from Shadowlands, I would have tried to only pick the bits that made it seem like we were staying in Azeroth.
