Avaloren is the side-focus of a bigger expansion, WoW is going F2P with faster/shittier expansions, or Blizzard is absolutely cooked in the head.

On the subject of the Algarian Stormrider, I think it's a stretch to assume Khaz Algar and Avaloren are the same place/located in the same place.

It's a possibility. But not a certainty.

It's technically not even confirmed that Avaloren is across the sea. Just heavily implied.

But there is a New Avalon settlement from wrath.

We're a week away from announcement. This is what I am placing my money on the following for Warcraft:

- Cata Classic
- Classic+
- 10.3 Avaloren (current leak) (Still have no reason why Uldaz is referenced in this item as a place it can be used)
- 11.0 revamp

This would make my dreams ^ come true.

Middle East is definitely more than Egypt with Pyramids, but other stuff requires an extensive writing.

Weird take. Egypt and the pyramids are Egypt and pyramids.

That's a completely different aesthetic and theme set than a hypothetical Babylonian inspired location and culture, or one based on ancient Jerusalem or Damascus or Mecca, or the desert castles of ancient Kabul. There is plenty of untapped inspiration in the Middle East for the game without delving into politics.

Patch trailers NEVER have "new continent" text as part of the feature trailer for a patch. Usually, if the patch has a new playable it is treated as "New Zone" not a "new Continent" Go look at previous patch trailers and you'll see.

Avaloren is most likely 11.0.

Undermine will be a mega dungeon that will conclude gallywix's story. Perhaps he'll have a plan to profit off of avaloren with the tech her got from the brokers in Taz.

Karesh will be a patch zone, similar to argus if it's not the setting for 12.0.

Name is Shadow over Azeroth. It has to do with one of the void lords casting sort of a void barrier thing over Azeroth. Illidan comes back to warn us just before and Sargeras is out of his prison. He's not redeemed from what I gathered but is working alongside the other titans now that they've realized the threat of the void. He pulls out the sword out of Silithus and through the hole we travel to Uldaz. There is a teleporter pad there which takes us to Khaz'Algar, which is underground, like way waaay underground. The earthen have become "corrupted" by being too close to the titan soul of Azeroth.
Heart of Azeroth is back and Khaz'Algar can only be entered if you have the neck equiped. Major world revamp with lots of void portals opening all over similar to Legion Invasions.
Fun Fact: The trailer is narrated by knaifu.

Sounds instantly better than Avaloren.

That's true but it never said "New Continent" because it simply is not. It's a new region with 3 sub zones that are very small. My point is "New Continent" text header is always reserved for expansion feature trailers.
