Pointing out that the discussion of WoW is going to change a lot after an expansion reveal is not a hint at possessing hidden knowledge, it's common sense.

After April Fools Joke guy and China guy, there is no reason an executive would allow them to do a Q&A, especially not for a fanbase full of people that genuinely hate the company. SL was like the last chance for the community to earn back the devs trust after BFA and they didn't so it's never happening again.
In warcraft community even the most bland statement can evoke a "dramatic discourse"

I vehemently disagree and I'm willing to die on that hill.
I think it kind of *needs* to happen, because MoP is so widely appreciated as an expansion and they can't really get there without first getting through Cataclysm. It also seems pointless to let Classic die at this point since it's been going strong for years

It's still going over your head.
New zone - reserved for 1 zone locations, they have never said "New zones"
New Continent - reserved for a new landmass of zones added to ONLY Azeroth
"typically a new expansion" is just that, doesn't mean it's reserved for new expansions, but new multi zone continents that are on their own.
Avaloren is located WEST of KALIMDOR, this would be in of itself a new continent, not a new zone, and never once have they used any other phrasing other than what I described above.
Zereth Mortis - located "outside of reality"
Forbidden Reach - Located inside the Dragon Isles
Amidrassil - Located inside the Dragon Isles.
That is fact, your copium on them naming this a continent because "expansion" is heavy.
I would never say "3 new zones" as a preview for a new landmass being added to the map. I would say "New Continent" because that is what it is, there's no arguing that.
opening ceremony is gonna be 1 hour, the time left over will be some surprise like the survival game
If it will be a World Revamp: will they increase the size of the locations to match new Dragonriding speed?
As far as Soul's tweet goes, I wouldn't read anything specific into that. He is a very prolific content creator, but not the sort who tends to have actual insider knowledge. He's just referencing the fact we'll definitely be having lots of new discussions after whatever the WoW news is at BlizzCon - and we will, that's a given.
Cosmic greetings, all, I'm the Raccoonatic Commander!

It's his SL armor and BfA+ axe, so he's probably in whatever 11.0 is. Not that this actually hints at anything, because he's Thrall and could could lead the charge into a new world continent to build the Horde frontier as much as he could (lol) be the Horde lead in to a goblin expansion, or part of the diplomatic party sent to K'aresh.
Nope. Nothing is going over my head.
If Avaloren is going to be a whole new continent it won't be a part of 10.3 it will be an expansion. And if its just a "new world" with 3 sub zones then that is just awful and a waste.
Blizzard has stopped doing that many raid tiers as well and it's quite obvious that 10.2 is the final major patch of DF. Avaloren will be a bug brand new thing not a content patch. I do not understand why people still think 10.3 is a thing.
It's consistently been 3 raid tiers per expansion, Tier 1 at the base, Tier 2 in a .1 patch and a Tier 3 in a .2 patch. Amidrassil is the last raid tier.
10.2.7 will most likely be the last and will feature Season 4 with fated raids similar to Shadowlands.
