Oh, what was that leak talking about reworked Glyph System?
Maybe new Heart of Azeroth (2.0) would be like Cosmetic Progression Path, unlocking different visual effects for our spells?

That would be cool. I always thought it was a bit odd that you could earn 'legendary' spell effects for the Heart of Azeroth knowing they wouldn't be usable in the future. I never bothered chasing after most of those as a result.

Some people are saying it was debunked because they refused to take a picture of the street outside to prove that they're on location, but to be honest, if I was in their shoes I would not be doing that either. I'd be paranoid that the photo would somehow be linked back to me.

Not the only reason I was suspicious. A brand new account appeared and its first posts were supporting the banner claims. And then they had back and forth dialogue. It felt so much like the whole Algarstorms/mage scene that played out. When one was online, the other was offline. And then, when I mentioned the banner to an account I suspect is related today, workwork shows up a page later. Goes offline immediately and that other account starts posting again. It's all some sort of weird game.

They will of course announce new wow xpac for retail. Probably cata classic too. I suspect they will do something cool for either retail or classic (classic+), but im skeptical. I think they will go the safe route with:
- Retail xpac
- Cata classic
- SoM classic


The wildcard here is Metzen. Has he been working on classic+ stuff or retail?

Of course they will announce the new expansion, but when I hear "lots of stuff for Warcraft!" I think of WoW. And now it sounds more like any extra exciting stuff is not for regular WoW but for Classic instead. I don't play Classic so that means there is no actual extra cool stuff being hyped up for me, if it's true that all this extra hype is about Classic. So the dread is replacing the excitement I had for all this exciting hyped up WoW news.

id love more to do more in WoW that feels meaningful to me, which without certain systems like housing or some kind of 'museum' for my collectibles, that comes down to just power based systems that i'd be interested in

There have been so many suspicious new accounts this leak season and they often start posting at the same time. I don't know if it's just one gigabrain leaker who's made like 50 different leaks on 50 different accounts just for the hell of it.

i feel like we might see some kind of like "We have a lot planned for the next X years!" kind of talk with WoW, whether thats like what ideas they have, a new expansion cadence plan since the last two have been cut short by a season (well we dont know about DF yet but people seem to think so)

It's hard to say. It could be one person, or a couple friends. Only thing I can recommend to people is keep an eye on the post count/create date of accounts, especially about leak stuff.

It is what has happened several times, just in the past week or so. But you have a larger post count than most of these accounts tend to, they don't seem to like to stay with one name too long.

I know and I have no clue why they abandoned this in favor of borrowed power three times in a row. Huge mistake. There needs to be a progression system in any form or shape, hopefully not as borrowed power though.
