Neither Alliance nor Horde with the recent leadership will ever allow a faction war to happen.

Secondly, that doesn't even matter anyway because it's about getting immersed.

It's a multi billion dollar company, and WoW is an RPG game. If Activision can do it for their CoD campaign and record 3 different dialogues He/She/They, then so can blizzard for their ROLEPLAYING game.

But more importantly, I'm not even talking about voiced dialogue, but quest text. That should be really easy to implement no? They have been doing it in the past and already do it for classes and races anyway.
