RTS's are also directly competing with MOBA's and Blizzard already has a MOBA they abandoned.

Microsoft are investing in RTS. W4 has never been more possible than now.

IF there are playable earthens and IF the Algarian Stormrider is a gryphon then the Horde gets dwarves and gryphons at the same time. At that point cross-faction play everywhere could be the next step, alongside loosening restrictions to use some faction-restricted mounts

Binary riddler claims we will get "Titanforged Earthen" as the new race.

I don't even care if the binary riddler was just making stuff up because it seemed to provide people with some much needed Scaleface-esque clue hunting that has been woefully absent this leak season.

Binary was interesting the first time, was alright the second time and lost me completely the third. Echoing that if they one and done'd it, we would still be pouring over it all right now. They had their moment and squandered it.

Interesting, same "eye" design motif as the base Xal'Atath. Makes the dagger now seem like it originated offworld from Azeroth.

Yeah, I already said yesterday the staff literally looks like the dagger (or two of them), so I bet we will see Xal wielding the staff in the trailer.

I for once really would like them to start adding more leaders/important npc's weapons and gear (like the datamined Sylvanas old school set) to the trading post. Give us ingame cosplayers more goodies haha.

MMOs were also a niche genre until WoW exploded. Hero shooters were small scale and then Overwatch blew up (it was mismanaged from here on out but that's another topic). ARPGs aren't that big outside of Path of Exile but Diablo 3 and 4 still sold tons. Heck Starcraft 2 itself was released back when companies hardly took a second look at RTS games and it still sold very well. Despite it all Blizzard is still capable of selling a game to a huge audience almost no matter what it is. They just need to put some effort into it.

Doesn't mean I believe WC4 will happen or anything. Not when Blizz showed such a lack of care for Reforged and are going for a survival game, of all things, with their new IP. But I do feel like it could have happened had they done it properly.

If nothing else I'd definitely like them to actually use the Starcraft IP on something at least, so it isn't gathering dust. I get it's the least popular of their big three IPs but still, you don't make things more popular by not using them.

If anywhere needs a revamp, its Outland. Still the oldest content in the game and, let's be honest, TBC's story wasn't exactly great. Backporting WoD stuff would go well

Outland is falling apart and dying. Unless they want to send us back there AGAIN, they would need a lore reason to go there and a lore reason as to why its no longer falling apart.

Honestly I feel a bit the same.
Underground zones have never really worked, having an entire expansion underground is a death sentence.

Though thankfully it’s likely the most “underground” we’d be getting is a dwarven city given the 4 zone screenshots.

hey friends. today was main stage rehearsals, so main stage hall was closed off entirely to us workers. this was the first of 2 rehearsals the second is tomorrow night.

obviously due to this i saw nothing of what was shown, and due to construction making noise it was hard to make out what they were saying. but they did play a video that was narrated by a woman very clearly. i can say with 99% certainty that it wasn't sylvanas or jaina that was speaking. it could have been azshara but i have my doubts, it wasn't crystal clear audio exactly. female voice, kinda sultry is what i could make out of it.

tomorrow you will get actual 11.0 leaks, i guarantee it. photos and all. construction is 90% done, it's the minor stuff left now. merch rolls in sometime after lunch tomorrow and there will 110% be a leak of said merch, so a t-shirt with a logo, or some art print is going to end up here without a shadow of a doubt. if it doesn't, i'll post my workers id badge on here on lunch time friday.
