I don't know what they're talking about, to be honest.
Could be the trademarks yeah, but that hasn't leaked anything for a few expansions now, BfA was the last one.
We got the Dragonflight name confirmed thanks to source code on the regular site, so not through domain registration as it was also just a subdomain (which one doesn't have to register the same way as top level domains).
We did see a SSL certificate being issued for dragonflight.blizzard.com (I think after the source code leak), with emphasis on it being a blizzard.com subdomain and not Battle.net, so that's probably why people are keeping an eye on certificates, but they're also being far too paranoid and focusing on any subdomain they can't explain.

It's not like he's currently in a high responsibility situation that isn't of his own deliberate making. His job has less responsiblity than most jobs, OTK as an Org factored in. He's 50/50 on being a character and being himself, I think that much at least shows and most of his audience are Classic Frogs and jaded WoW Players, so why would he not be inconsistent with his takes. He cares about the Game, I believe that much, but it is better for his Job, his Viewership if his stance is constantly shifting with the negatives, rather than the positives. Definitely not good for the game though, in the sense that his audience reaches numbers high enough to tank game reception on a larger portion of Twitch. That being said, when he does get to do official things, like his Ion Interview, he generally does a really good job.
Checking in from the con, I am standing near the entrance to hall D, you can see them testing AV, one of the Ads running is a wow ad I can not tell details as there is a pillar in the way but it ends with "coming to Xbox Game Pass"
What leak stated wow is going to game pass? That's the one that is right.
Could not get a pic without it being potato quality.

Rift of Aln isn't the next expansion, it's on battle.net which is already weird, and you can see on the exact same certificate page it was registered 2 years ago.

It's also only being registered in early november once a year since 2021, which means it's just an automated recertification. The final nail in the already shut coffin![]()

Blanchy is being killed over and over again every time this damned Rift of Aln thing comes back.
Can't believe nobody has picked up on the hints I've been dropping for a legitimate 15.0 leak until now.
Don't worry, multiple people have pointed this out and even more people will come into the thread acting like they found some groundbreaking proof that Rift of Aln is the next expansion.

Like, to be clear, this whole "omg guys look at this new subdomain" thing has happened 3 times now, all with WoW related terms.
First it was gryphon (the codename for Warcraft Rumble), then it was tempest (internal domain the team uses for build data and as well as the name for other stuff) and now Rift of Aln, which frankly we don't know what it is for, just that it points to HQ and has existed since at least 2021 -and- is under the battle.net domain which means it is highly unlikely to be for a product but is likely an (internal) service instead.
Stop.
