The expansion starts off with all the main characters scattered around the world enjoying their life but Khadgar gets a phonecall from someone mysterious about a looming threat. He quickly gathers other legendary characters and us the heroes. In a matter of seconds, we are on a different part of the world, equipped to the teeth with the best armor, weapons, magic.

We manage to defeat this new threat with ease and without a single drop of blood and Khadgar invites us to a BBQ party on top of Karazhan.
Time to wait for the 12.0

I mean, perspective is the name of the game yes. They're not evil, but they're not strictly 'the good guys' either. They have a very different perspective than mortals, and as beings of Order their actions are ultimately governed by logic. Algalon, while only a servant of the titans, is super interesting because he is driven to look past that cold hard logic directive embedded in his existence and realise 'well shit, I was personally responsible for snuffing out untold millions of lives that might have been like these guys. fuck.'



I don't mind T&E but yeah, wouldn't actively watch. Once in a blue moon I click on a Bell video and another small light inside me flickers out while I ponder what leads me to make the choices that I do.

I still feel they fit the bill of good guys. Reorigination was a last-ditch resort. Old Gods and Legion are a threat to all life in the universe. The horrors they could unleash are worse than a rebooted planet.

And Algalon a particularly logic-focused entity backed-off quickly. Id imagine the Titans would be even more understanding.

He questioned his previous actions because up to that point no civilization had challenged him and succeeded. I feel that is a very crucial point. Statistically, mortals were not able to save themselves.

No but the way they scheduled them is they seem to lead into the respective panel...for example the Classic streamers are streaming with 5 Classic devs right before the classic panel.
Obviously doesnt have to mean anything but its just a gut feeling. In 2019 they just had Placeholder panel names..also announcing Odyssey makes way more sense next year(it got pushed) as they wont have a wow expansion to announce next year.

I see what you mean. I'm not sure. I suppose the announcement would have to be non-Wow-related if they decide to fit something in.

While I would personally love a WoW2, I honestly don't think it'll happen until the game needs an A Realm Reborn like Rework because people left in droves.

We certainly have activity on the Void's side in Iridikron and Xal. But nothing of note from Holy. I think the last we really saw of the Light was the Lightbound on AU Draenor. There was also the naaru in Revendreth but that was more of a retaliation to Denathrius' activity.

I would love for 11.0 to be a cosmic adventure expansion. The closer it gets to Legion, the better.

I'm not going to write off every single Titan/Keeper as evil... but out of all of them, Aman'thul is the most suspicious along with Odyn (who was given a portion of Aman'thul's power). Both of which probably share the same ideals and goals of wanting Order spread out...

I mean, Odyn was created/imbued by Aman'thul.

If anything, the cosmic war will set off at the end of 11.x, maybe something happens on Avaloren and Turalyon and Yrel team up and become fanatical light losers and the 5th Old God on Avaloren will spring up and we're stuck in the middle, trying to beat both back and regain balance on Azeroth.
