They already announced a "new content for Classic" demo and we know 1.15/Cata is a thing so this isn't really a leak or news, imo.

He's not trolling 1.15 is clearly ready for PTR and they are streaming it 5 streamers + 5 devs right before the panel.

That being said hes a hype man so I wouldnt put much in "new version". Its probably just SOM2.

A fair point. But they probably knew it will be on twitter. on BlizzCon day. They wouldn't draw attention to a light vs void bracelet if the story is about stone dwarves vs earth dragon. Would they?

I suppose I would offer the counterpoint that they might just be geeking out with a friend on social media in a personal capacity, which is not at all uncommon at this gathering of geeks. It was originally posted by said friend as well, with the dev namedropped so I wouldn't automatically go to some grand calculation behind her actions.

We don't know for sure which it is yet, I just find it interesting how we descend like hungry vultures on these posts looking for confirmation in what we want out of the announcement

If they didn't agree they probably shouldn't be pushing 1.15 builds to publicly visible patch endpoints since April of this year.

Let alone pushing it to PTR which they did yesterday, albeit without a public client yet.

Yes because they literally already announced they are working on fresh in May. Its not really a secret...they also announced the streaming schedule and we know there is a demo area they dont care he said "new version".

Personally I love the idea that there's a bunch of Blizzard people making burner accounts, shoving around fake leaks here and there, building up hype with the Liadrin vs Arthas thing, then Holy/Void bracelet and the Muradin picture, just to red herring lead us in circles lmao.
