Good take. I truly believe this cinematic was better than the Announcement one. Very Similar to a Classic/TBC Cinematic, the Dracthyr even does the thing the Mage did in the TBC Cinematic.

My hot take is we're not getting a 11.0 announcement today. My basis for this is that it seems so considerably unlikely that NOTHING reputable has leaked that perhaps the most obvious answer to why no leaks is because there's nothing to leak. Instead we get:

- 10.3 will be the big retail announcement (possibly avolorean)
- Some crazy classic+ or other big thing there for classic wow
- But in order to prevent riots they finally formally announce Odyssey (and that's what fills up the "pre-recorded content" on the schedule)

Standard D4 updates, OW, HS, and Rumble.

I realize this is kind of contrary to logic and timing, but fuck it why not take the contrarian approach.

Been fun following all of the thoughts / thinking / hype / World Warcraft / Ochos. I'll see y'all on the other side.

The Dragonflight cinematic was boring as fuck.

Reaction was overwhelmingly positive at the time only because people were tired of the constant Cosmic BS from Shadowlands.

It's pretty much impossible to make a cinematic that is more boring than the DF one.
