Im not so sure. His Big base in the book is in Northrend and I know that if they had a roadmap for Dragonflight they would have shown it.

Plus Iridikron wants to lay low and prepare his trap for the Titans while the Harbinger steals the World Soul. He very much TOLD us his plan. He wants to lure them. Maybe we will hear of his actions in some item text but that's it till Last Titan imo.

Its so much like FFXIV Metzen should be embarrassed. I thought he was doing a bit when that Realm Reborn-ass font showed up.
They'll show it at the Deep Dive surely.

I really don't think so. It makes little sense to not show something that critical to the health of your game right away. Especially when they already kind of do a little Summary of where we are currently before the big reveals.

I care more that the things that were revealed actually happen. Half the Wrath expansion reveal content was cut.

I think Midnight will heavily involve the Naga, as they are technically an "elf tribe" that can easily attack the Sunwell through the water.

Also, as of 10.2, the Night Elves will be located pretty close by.

Compulsory public schooling and academia conditions people to hate reading, and the oldpub industry doesn't promote old fantasy novels. People don't read Michael Moorcock, Robert E. Howard, Dragonriders of Pern, etc anymore.

"Has less substance" is just your opinion. Not fact.

Does the fact that all we know of the eight dungeons (same number as in DF) is their names makes them less substantive? No, it means they haven't told us about them. Yet.

BTW, I still remember things Blizzard planned that never even happened (like Path of the Titans in Cataclysm). Those early features trailers were VERY light on content. We've kind of been spoiled in recent years.

Very likely, I think. It sounds to me like they're going to hit that 1-year or 1.5-year cadence with these three expansions. Or at least, try to.

They already said that some Nerubians are not cool with the deal with Xal. They are probably using that lore angle, plus casual fans not knowing it, for it to be a big surprise that some Nerubians are anti-old god and will be our friends.

Assuming that TWW launches at least a month before Midnight, then yes, though it will be awkward if the TWW patch content isn't out before Midnight's trailer and players get big spoilers for the next TWW patch.

I think people forget a bulk of the content happens at the deep dive, tomorrow. That's why its called a Deep Dive.

Probably simply because they don't want to spoil what's coming up over the next 9 months. And rightfully so. I'm sure we'll get a 2024 roadmap soon after 10.2 launches, though.

Maybe. Or it could be my crack theory that the Titans were never really the Titans and just Order usurpers of something bigger that Azeroth would be one of. So she's The Last Titan and the reason all the different forces congregate is to try to get The Last Titan on their side.
