I don't think they are gonna copy it. Seems to easy mode. I think they are going to recontextualize Sargeras stabbing the planet as his last ditch attempt to save us from whatever has penetrated possibly too deep. It was originally speculated that he stabbed Silithus to remove another Old God (C'Tun) as some may recall.

It's rather negligible for gameplay impact for almost everyone, but it's an incredibly gross way to take advantage of FOMO to squeeze more money out of people.

Doesn't "The last titan" suggest the titans are going to die long before that?

Metzen suggested that the Titans will return to Azeroth in 13.0, so nah. May indicate they die throughout, but may also be a throwback to that Wrathion line in MoP. Azeroth is seemingly the last titan in the sense that all the others have awoken (and one died RIP Argus).

Also on Stone boy in 10.3, I doubt it. Holly quipped that Amirdrassil is the final raid of Dragonflight and honestly, after the great characterisation they've given Iri in the new book, if they waste him offscreen or Ysera him in a quest I will be big mad.

It will not be negligible as far as the game economy is concerned. Early advantages in crafting etc translate into massive gold gains every single expac.

Anyone else feel like worldsoul saga is to hide a huge budget cut to wow xpacs? Next xpac feels really barebones so far.... if it was released alone it would get tons of hate

The saga after 13.0 is either going to be full Cosmic, or it's going to be generic Azeroth stuff (with little to no Cosmic stuff for a bit).

I think each of the next three expacs has a solid chance at a cosmic patch zone.

The biggest hook for me personally with the epic edition was the guaranteed beta access and the game time, justifies the 20e extra from heroic.

3 day headstart is damn stupid though.

I was also hoping to see Iridikron, but I guess he and Xal are going at it separately. Wonder if we will see any of the Dragons in TWW as well, given they would have got their powers back.

Also hope they show examples of class skins at the deep dive, interesting to see what each class can get.
