Are you referring to the "New Beginnings" part? We really have to wait until December 5th to see that?
I'm pretty sure the "New Beginnings" part in the questlog is just bugged. that's just the part after Fyrakk, where you check in with the other in Ohn'ahran Plains, the party and then Ysera departing
Can't disagree on 1-3, but 4 is a conscious, deliberate, obvious decision to contrast Arthas and Anduin. Both have similar backgrounds, are faced with similar-ish situations, but where Arthas gave in to the temptations, Anduin has resisted them, even though he is doubting himself due to being tempted at all.
or: "Sure, Balnazzar was a Dreadlord, basically the Anti-Lightbringer, but he hated the same people I hate, so he's cool in my book."
But your duty to Azeroth is not yet complete. More is demanded of you... a price the living cannot pay.

he should
but tbh it seems delusional to think the difficulty of delves will be anywhere close to mythic raiding...

we still do, some specs are atrocious in m+ compared to "best" specs...
its problem in group but if you are on your own that will absolutely make difference between success and failure...

and you think equaly challenging solo content would be different?
thats very naive... it would still be done by tiny minority just DIFFERENT minority of playerbase...

I'd say those are mostly rather shallow comparisons anyway. This is almost like complaining the story is always "bad dudes attack, good guys fight back".
And yeah, if something confirms your biases, it's easy to overlook the "minor" issues they may have otherwise. Like trying to murder you.

I'm expecting it as a part of The Last Titan. They talked about us finding out a secret or something about the Titans in it, and the heretics seems a good way to learn of that or have it brought in.
Either extra content on top of Northrend revamp (I can't see us just getting Northrend alone) or patch content.

I think Avaloren is going to be the Arathi settlement that the devs have mentioned the Hallowsfall Arathi split from. It matches up with their placement as they could've sailed around the western side of Kalimdor to get to Khaz Algar.
The heretics angle is going to be vehemently anti-Titan, so I don't think it will be a focus of the TLT, but instead may be the next antagonists of the saga that will follow. And I think the saga will be mostly about the Light as it is not one of the two main focuses of the Worldsoul Saga (dealing with Void and Titans) but continues to be built up.
Not sure how Denathrius and Magatha will play into it but I feel both characters will survive past Worldsoul Saga in a way that Xalatath, Iridikron and Azshara may not.

why not just add the ='name here' to [quote] so it's easier to see that?

Pretty sad if a fourth tier villain (Magatha) will survive, but Xalatath and Azshara won't tbh
Not only are the latter two fan favorites, but Azshara is one of the biggest characters in the warcraft franchise.
Magatha is just some... villain that occasionally stirs up a small amount of trouble

Jesus christ, that Tyr cutscene.
"Give us the disc."
"No."
"But... Tyr is such a nice guy."
"Fine. I don't need it anyway."
I'm hardly exaggerating. I understand I'm missing context of the quest diaglogue, but man. Another content slamdunk for your favorite streamers and youtubers to rightfully shit on. Please Blizzard, pivot from this type of writing come 11.0.
