Blizzard thinks we will think 8 hour maintenance is not obvious patch day, but Hearthstone event, so they release patch that day.

I think from what has been datamined, HS event is probably just going to be a single event boss.

WoW HS event starts on 11th, and this maintenance is 12th, so my money is on 10.2.6.

Also I think it would follow 8 weeks patch cadence they announced before.

Same, plus whatever is in the Hearthstone event was already datamined to be in the game by 10.2.5 and they already mentioned what will be involved in it.

But I'd still say we should curb our enthusiasm and not overhype ourselves for a massive disappointment.

are all of those 16 PVE adventures still avaiable? I know that you cant get some of them anymore with either gold or Cash.... Unless they changed something.

From what I remember, most of them are still available (one is even needed to unlock the Death Knight class). Although for some, you need to go in the battle.net shop to redeem them for your account (they are free), which is a very odd way of doing things.
And those that cost gold or cash still cost the same thing.

TBF, Murder at castle Nathria is more of a "Shadowland hs expansion". They seem to be fond of doing an expansion based on the current or recent wow expansion, with Rasthakan's Rumble being kind of a "BFA hs expansion" and releasing a few month after the release of said expansion.
I wouldn't be surprised if we got a(nother) dragon-themed hs expansion in a few months.

Absolutely correct, we would fit the 8 week cadence that Holly stated was what they would always aim for from now on.

Have usually fit that schedule with overrunning it only by 1-2 weeks. Better than before, honestly.

I can see the "event" starting the week after but all the prep being in the patch (12th). Maybe with some strong encryption.

One way or another, some kind of blue post about it next week.

Well if they are comfortable dropping it with no warning and during HS it means it is an evergreen feature, not a Secrets of Azeroth thing.

I kind of forgot about it, but maybe it's Brawlers Guild?

Unless it's giant, or the secrets are because they don't want people to know the fights ahead of time... yeah. I think there will be other parts of the patch that hit other parts of the playerbase, like the dog mounts and customizations.
