Is it really delayed if they didn't say a time to begin with?

Indeed, it's not delayed until the work day is not over.

Sometimes, the light of the moon is a key to other spaces. I've found a place where, for a night or two, the streets curve in unfamiliar ways. If I walk here, I might find insight, or I might be touched by madness.

It's less about entitlement, and more like I don't trust Blizzard enough to expect them to deliver what they promise or hype up. After what happened with Gilneas stuff, I really can't trust them anymore when it comes to content and I have to inspect it myself before I can even consider jumping in.

Probably a good call for any patch where half the new quest content is encrypted.

I mean, even if they reveal something, it is still very likely what they reveal doesn't deliver

Right, and you can inspect it yourself.

However, there being a PTR or a full exposé by Blizzard before the patch is released doesn't really change anything, does it?
You do not need to be subscribed before a patch is out to play it. You can wait a day or two and then subscribe and play the patch.

Why does it matter if they reveal 10.2.6 today, and you see what's in it, or they release it next week, and you see what's in it?

I no longer reply to quotations beyond if you're asking a genuine question or have a non-confrontational stance.
