I gotta say, I'm so glad they are going for unique gender based outfits when it makes sense like this one. They could've easily (and lazily) given the male version a lame "bra" to make it look exactly like the female one.

They did that with the Earthen civilian outfit too which I really like and hope it's not just for npc's.

I don't have the picture on hand but they are slightly taller (the Earthen). edit: Though the picture was from a few days ago so it was an NPC I suppose.

Well, maybe. I don't think it looks bad on males. But it's also missing shoulders and waist.

That would be nice but I won't be optimistic. I'd just like the ability to use it all like how we can use the valdrakken civilian stuff.

Yeah, MrGM did a comparison in his video. They're about a head taller than regular dwarves, and only a few cm shorter than female humans.

It looks much better than normal dwarves... their hair and beard options look so dated by current wow standards... I hope they add new beard and hairstyle options for them and dark irons.

Source? As far as we know they have a tag saying that those appearances can't be unlocked and are problably only used for npcs and unobtainable for players. It sucks, but I guess blizzard doesn't want to give so many race-exclusive gear. There are lots of npc exclusive gear in kul tiras like the human coats.

EDIT: Ok nevermind just checked the wowhead dressing room, all the earthen npc pieces got added as cosmetic for dwarf races, that's like getting 4 heritage armors omg (cloth, leather, mail, plate sets)
