Watching the trailer, is that void-corrupted Draenei a new model or something I'm forgetting from Legion?
Also interesting that they seem to be at Ulduar. Curious-wait, Yogg, that'd be why, wouldn't it?
So Xal has already started attacking Ulduar huh, nice...
Pretty exciting cool in-game cinematic if you ask me between Locus-Walker and Alleria.
Kinda feels like the set-up for losing in TWW and going into Midnight?
I'm getting Jailer 2.0 vibes with Xal'atath - already playing 4d chess...

The latest cinematic confirms that Alleria Windrunner is the most important mortal in all of Azeroth. She is the key to everything.
Since Alleria is Canonically the most important mortal on Azeroth (confirmed by Locus-Walker), it is therefore not a surprise that the endgame of the entire Void war campaign is the corruption of Alleria to their side.Locus-Walker: You must master your unique nature, Alleria. If you cannot... then Azeroth is already doomed.

...do you think the Jailer character invented the idea of being a schemer?
The problem with him was coming out of nowhere and having fingers in every pie. Xal has been established since Legion as an agent of a threat established since AQ40. Sooner if you consider the Forgotten One in TFT.
Seeing Locus Walker again has turned my desire for playable Ethereals into a need.

Void Ethereals are definitely coming in Midnight. They'll join forces with Alliance/Horde to liberate their shattered world and gain revenge on Dimensius.
Dimensius the All-Devouring is clearly promoted from "Generic TBC throw-away mob" to "Main Antagonist of Midnight".
Midnight final patch will probably be about restoring the radiant song of the Ethereals by banishing Dimensius the All-Devouring. All this talk about the "radiant song" of the Ethereals will come into play down the line, it is not the first time this "radiant song" was mentioned by Locus-Walker.
Maybe it's a similar situation to Argus and Dimensius is holding the radiant song hostage in the shattered remnants of K'aresh. With Xal'atath trying to do something similar to Azeroth.
Is not funny that Dimensius is probably going to be the final boss of an expansion? A boss from a questline of a zone of the first expansion of the game.
He is at the same level as Hogger.
Not complaining, though, I like it.
