What is more interesting, MoP Remix is going on here and it's not fake, you can create timerunning character on leveling realms. Should we reconsider possibility of DF Pre-patch coming during Remix?

I remind you that if Season 4 will last as long as SL version (12 weeks), pre-patch would come 30th July. And in DF first phase of pre-patch (just system/class changes) lasted 3 weeks. So I can imagine scenario of 11.0 coming 30th July, pre-patch event starting 21st August (so Remix chars are thrown right into action to start story and grab easy gear) and expac coming 2 weeks later. It would also fullfill their promise of patch every two months without slightest delay.

Not saying it's most likely now, just throwing it in as possibility. Imo on Sunday on Xbox showcase we will learn release date and if it's 2nd September, this calculation should be correct.

Looks like a light crystal, is probably the crystal Anduin referred to as being "not quite like azerite", called , of course, radiant.

I pile that on top of everything else that point to the radiant song coming from a Light being.

Pretty much, as evidenced by the excitement show by a lot of posters in here. I’m not one to usually complain about Blizzard unless justified but I do find this paid beta situation to be a little disappointing.

Alleria and Khadgar servers are available and they do show character copy as active but they can only link to N.America accounts right now.

Doing the prequests and Magni is pissed at Azeroth for not talking to him. Meanwhile everything implies no one bothered to go check on the man for three years. Is Azeroth the problem here or is it us?

You don't talk to Brann in Dalaran, you go talk to him in the Heart Chamber in Silithus. But it is buggy as hell.

I did, that's how I ended up on Dalaran. You talk to Magni in the Heart Chamber and then you are sent into Dalaran and then nothing.

When people pay for a game they expect fully functional title, even in Early Access.

Some people will be very angry when they len that their beta progress doesn't carry over to release.

Yes I think thats the plan. Why should they release the pre patch and end remix at the same time, resulting in 2 or 3 weeks of nothing to do. Ending remix and releasing the pre patch event makes way more sense

Also the Alpha had the exact same length as the DF Alpha had, if the Beta follows the same schedule (12 weeks and a few days) release will be 2nd september

Of course it’s a lot of peoples first beta. Blizzard have literally opened up beta for everyone provided they pay for it. The last time we saw this was with MoP and it was staggered. There’s also a high chance these people won’t be reporting bugs as you suggested. They aren’t using it to test and report bugs, it’s going to be treated as early access. As Lahis brought up above - there’s going to be a lot of angry people when they realise their characters and progress won’t cross over to live. There’s also going to be a lot of people complaining two weeks into launch that there’s either no content, the content is boring, or the content is monotonous after sweating it out on beta for a few months prior to launch. This is a shit show waiting to happen sadly, and even more sadly so it seems like it’ll be the norm going forward if sales are indeed high.

I think they are just hiding the next part and you need to talk to the tauren to get to the Isle.


Also, I've been to almost every beta (I missed Cataclysm for some reason, what gives Blizz?). Usually the starting quests would work after more than a month of being open for testing. Possibly the issue is just their servers not being able to handle this.
