I think I told you that you won’t get news on Tuesday. This is the industry people day of the gamescom. If they want to reveal something to the players they will wait until the public enters gamescom on Thursday.

So according to Metzen in that video they even have plans for up to 17.0
She also confirmed October is the start of the in-game anniversary event(s) which is slightly earlier than expected, but very welcome. 11.0.5 PTR almost definitely hitting in a few weeks then (if there is a PTR).

Maybe events for all games (Hearthstone, Rumble, Warcraft IP in general) will start in October (some of them could be even in WoW), but WoW 20th anniversary in November as usual? Would be strange to release 11.0.5 in October, it kinda break "patch every 2 months" thing from DF, as I don't expect anything in December (and roadmap doesn't mention extra patch either).
These plans could be as vague as "ok 1 expac in Avaloren, 1 in EK, 1 in Kalimdor, 1 in Outlands". But it's nice Chris is thinking about even larger picture than Saga.

Sometimes, the light of the moon is a key to other spaces. I've found a place where, for a night or two, the streets curve in unfamiliar ways. If I walk here, I might find insight, or I might be touched by madness.

I think the biggest loss we will have in Launch Midnight is Voided Quel'danas/Sunwell and MAYBE Silvermoon (just maybe, I think they would want that to be a hub and focus unless hubs are split to Exodar/Exodar 2 and Zul'Aman/Stratholme). It's not like the area is going to get Broken Shore'd, it will be a tiny part that is purple ugly.
If 11.0.5 is October than I expect Warcraft Direct and 11.1 announcement in November.
Buddy is at GamesCom for work, was able to get a distant shot of decorations of the 4D Immersive Ride, but couldn't get closer, restricted to MS employees:

But your duty to Azeroth is not yet complete. More is demanded of you... a price the living cannot pay.

Will be interesting to see what they have in store long term for TWW.
If the final major patch is 11.2 as expected, then assuming the patches last as long as in DF we will be looking at a 6 month gap at the end that will either mean Midnight launches during Spring, or we have a half year drought.
The world revamp dream will never die!

Based on the patch structure and the exploration achievement name (War Within) we know there's probably one area not in KA (Kezan) and there's Rootlands which, possibly have been cut, but I really really doubt it with marketing and how they are teased at launch.
Beledar is probably the third "thing" but one of these themes will be shifted into the midpatch if DF structure is any indication.
But I think like DF all the themes are upfront and there is no crazy third act pivot.
Do not take life too seriously. You will never get out of it alive.
I mean there better be no pivot if they want cohesion in their story within this framework, hah.
I no longer reply to quotations beyond if you're asking a genuine question or have a non-confrontational stance.
This is kinda cool, a thank you mail from blizzard about doing the beta, and of all the bugs I reported, 4 bugs was not discovered before.
And all for free, sorry, I did pay for that![]()
