"We should have listened to players more" well, better late than never

I'm also seeing speculation float around that DagranII is going to be the tinker class lead in alongside Gazlowe and the Machine Speaker lady since Dagran shared animations with her.

I also predict personally that the Harronir are gonna have something to do with Shadra, Hireek, and Voljin... As well as possibly Denathrius's return

She is an Earthern, yes. But that alone doesn't define who she is as a person. Not to sound rude, but did you fall asleep throughout the last couple of expacs or? Cause they had the exact same message.

What annoys me is that they have 0 reaction to a Druid showing up. That should at least get a momentary startle.

If that speculation is to be believed, when would the class be released? In 11.1?

How is my Lightforged Paladin not being worshiped by these Arathi, not even an acknowledgment that I'm a paladin.

Flip the Genedar upside down, fill it with the Light (and Shadow, alternately) and compare it to Beledar.

Make particular note of the cracks in the roof and the 'Crop Circles' around the Genedar/Oshugun.

Definitely feeling my "Beledar is a Naaru Ship" prediction. Possibly even from alternate Draenor, still.

After all... Radiant Song is a great description of how Naaru communicate.

Wouldn't be shocked if this crystal worked similarly to the dimensional ships or the Naaru, yeah (Hell, it literally has a Light and Shadow cycle). I don't know about it being a dimensional ship in of itself however.

My previous theory was that the Beledar comes from Alter-Draenor. The Lightbound and Yrel with K'ara as the pilot. After all, K'ara was the Dark Star and voided-out on Draenor (both Draenors) but was saved in Alter-Draenor when Velen sacrificed himself to purify her in the light.

My thought is she puts together the Lightbound to be an "Army of the Light" after the Legion and Iron Horde are both defeated, conquers Draenor by forcibly lightforging folks (like we learn about in the Mag'har Allied Race quests) and then works to get the Beledar up and running with Yrel and Exarch Hellscream.

They head out into the Great Dark Beyond and slap the Dimensional Warp Drive to escape their pocket-reality and come to Azeroth to try and Lightbind us. But the Beledar crashes into the ceiling of this cave, and due to the vagaries of interdimensional time-travel gets brought to the Past. (From our perspective)

Sargeras stabs the planet causing the Black Blood of the Old Gods to start dripping down and it corrupts K'ara, again. Someone volunteers as sacrifice. She's saved. The blood keeps dripping. She corrupts. Someone else volunteers. On and on and on and the Beledar starts running out of crew to "Sacrifice".

Eventually K'ara uses the Beledar's communication framework to try and reach out to beg for help from anyone... The Radiant Song. After all: Naaru sing to communicate and sound like bells. Sort of like how the Foreman of Taelloch mentions hearing bells...

Meanwhile the superstitious Arathi trapped in Hallowfall don't know what it means or how to fix it. It's just a thing that happens, now, at random intervals, and started with the enstabbening of Azeroth.

And remember: They got a directive to come deal with Renilash on behalf of the Arathi Empire because the Emperor saw a vision of a "Falling Star" and the final war between Light and Shadow. And the Genedar certainly -looked- like a falling star to the Orcs, too. And remember how in Legion there was a Fallen Star and it was the core of a Naaru?

I am 200% down with "Yrel and Light Garrosh are in Beledar" because it would be the best WoW reveal of all time.

I'm glad you people don't write the story of WoW.

This expansion is Absolute Cinema from a visual/scenery standpoint. That sequence of Dalaran exploding has got to be the best-animated sequence in any Warcraft pre-rendered cinematic, Yes?

    Absolute Cinema.

But do you know what makes Me even more hyped than to see the continuation of TWW? Midnight.

Oh, Oh I can hardly wait to see how hard Blizzard will go with the Void's invasion of Silvermoon. If I were you, I'd be spending some time in that city, even though it's useless. You know, just for old time's sake. Silvermoon might be running on borrowed time, and there's no city as explosive as a magical city.

Just finished it myself, but i find complaining about that cutscene pretty silly.

I get Blizzard likes to make their characters really incompetent to justify continuing the plot, but in this particular case Xal deliberately baited her into shooting to reveal herself.

And she didn't even miss, the arrow went through Xals void mist, she just teleported away.

She missed every single arrow before, it's ridiculous.

The 3 times her shooting was hightlighted was in Dalaran, where she missed.
At the Dawntower, where she killed every single cultist except for Aleric.

and the final Azj'kahet cutscene which i just described the context for.

So again, i find this sentiment pretty silly and made in bad faith.

    It's not bad faith, she's a Voidtrooper.

Her missing is not the problem. Her acting like an idiot is.

  18. #75718
If we are being accurate she is not missing. Xal'athat is just using evasion constantly. But those arrows would have hit their mark otherwise

Anyone figured out where the Hallowfall gear drops from? Just noticed it and the plate one looks sick so I'd like to get it but doesn't seem like my main has acquired any even though I finished the campaign.

Because you aren't made of fire. The entire zone hammers exactly what they worship.
