Tbh tinkers being able to make custom spells/skills puts them about all others for me. Like, that sounds like chaos waiting to happen and I am there for it.

Tinker and Artificer should be combined into 1 class. And they should add new weapon type of pistols and hand-crossbows (1H ranged weapons) and give it to Tinkers, Hunters and Rogues. Making a new class based purely on guns is weird, because we already have MM Hunters.
Bard option also sounds fun, but I would prefer Tinker.
Everything else is kinda lame.

Some days ago I was thinking if they could add one handed guns and crossbows into the game. Hunters could use them naturally, possibly a 4th Gunslinger Rogue spec (didn't think it would fill whole new class with multiple specs). Then those weapons could also be used by possible tinker or bard classes.
This is conjuring images of the pied piper and using the voice to free oneself. Curious if we’ll nullify Titansworn edicts with sound come TLT.

The potential… Customizable tech, rocket double jump, use of the new evoker spell charging system for weapons.
I can't believe how much blizzard is detached from its community and what blizz 'creates' by themselves - there's nothing to think about, and of course 99% of the community want papa blizz to FINALLY add the tinker class to the game. This is the last class that is lore-wise from the times of the RTS warcraft game and which is still not in WoW. The next big patch is about the city of goblins - tinkers - it's the perfect time to create a starting zone and place them in the 'current' lore.
If its taking a page from Hearthstone, it's probably a set number of combinations that lead to a certain ability.
For example, there's probably option 1 where you choose three things (6 possible options) Example: Robot mobility (legs, treads, spider walker, etc)
Then there's option 2 where you choose three more things. (6 possible options) Example: Weapon systems (Guns, Missiles, Flame throwers, etc.)
Then there's option 3 where you choose three more things. (6 possible options) Example: Additional effect (Explodes when expires, Poisons target, AoE heal, etc.)
Your choices create a varied (yet controlled) outcome that still gives you the sense of randomness. Personally those are some of my favorite cards in Hearthstone.

I don't think something mentioned once at the moment of an unpopular villains death counts as a build up. The "Seventh Power" is correctly filed in the big folder of probably forgotten unresolved plotpoints.I'm guessing the second tier of potential "classes" are actually ideas for hero talents. Bard, Tinker, Pistol-based class & blatant-rippoff-of-a-ffxiv class are what people have been asking for for years.

You do realize it was talked about prior to even SL, yeah? Like you can argue the build up started as early as Legion.

Or would it be considered cheating to bring up the crooked serpent stuff?

Also, the Seventh Power is something that's only STARTED to be properly discussed in SL. The mystery of this power, alongside the mystery of the Progenitors as a whole, is meant to last for quite a while. Blizzard did not expect players to solve said mysteries in Eternity's End.
However, what Blizzard doesn't know is this...
I'm not like "most players"! I'm different! I know things! I study things (both past and present)! I speculate future events! I solve mysteries! I unlock secrets! I reveal the truth! And above all else? I plan ahead with this knowledge! I'm aware! I've transcended!

Of course, that doesn't mean I'm immune to being wrong. I've been wrong before (Such as me assuming we'd go to the Realm of Life in SL, or me assuming Zereth Mortis could be in the Domain of Life, which was absolutely wrong of me to say, and looking back, I feel silly assuming that lol).
But I learn, and I evolve.

And before you all say it...
Is it really an ego if what I speculated regarding the origins of the Warcraft Universe has proven true for the most part, and all those that disagreed with me have been put in the fucking dirt?

I deserve this small bit of self-glazing.

Tinker! it will match perfectly with the Mimiron expansion (The Last Titan), and a new tank is also needed in the game. Tinker class has several possibilities, imagine putting a Tesla coil in the battle compo, controlling drones, laser, mecha, holograms, bombs, turrets, creating an energy cage, etc... I really wanted to see this class in action.

The Tinker class offers enormous potential for creating a unique and fun gaming experience. With good design and balancing, it can become one of the pillars of any MMORPG.
Wow. Okay.
Anyway,
I completely agree. I'm honestly a bit surprised we're not seeing a tinker class here in Khaz Algar, especially considering we're visiting Undermine this expansion. The machine speakers and goblin cartels are enough to justify it.
I'm interested the route in which it's taken if it comes about, though. There are a lot of different techs that seem to be tied to race Draenei, Mag'har, Goblins, Gnomes, Mechagnomes, Nightborne, Blood Elves, Dwarves and Earthen all have their own distinct flairs. Is it racially based in aesthetic, or will they make it Titan material based
