Are they for every race?

Given they seemed to have figured out those costs for everyone in Underline, I think it's fair to assume they reworked these to fit all races rather than just humans.

Note that besides Danath and Geyarah, who will likely stay in Highlands after the patch, everyone remaining from Launch besides Gazlowe (occupied) and the SL Gang (Anduin/Jaina/Thrall) is a Son of Lothar: Khadgar, Alleria, Turalyon, Kurdran. So Blizz may be using 11.1.7 to trim the cast down for a Karesh trip- SL Gang and Sons of Lothar. Maybe Faerin too or they are putting her in plot daycare.

I bet the entire Sons of Lothar cast (even Danath) will go to K'aresh to mirror BtDP plot. They'll probably sacrifice themselves again and die for real this time. Except for Alleria, because she has to stick around for Midnight. As for the others, their storylines are not only almost complete, but they already have replacements in the form of other characters. Khadgar is no longer the leader of Dalaran, while Jaina is back in her role as THE main neutral mage of WoW. Kurdran is completely unnecessary with Falstad leading the Wildhammer clan. They are completely identical characters anyway. Since Danath is not the last Trollbane, Blizzard can pull yet another Trollbane to replace him as the king of Stromgarde if the want to. And Turalyon is the least popular character in the community, so who cares if he dies. Even Blizzard knows this, which is why he has had so little screen time since Legion. Fareeya and Velen should replace him as the new leaders of the Army of the Light. The draenei should be led by another draenei, not by a generic white human.

To be frank, I don't want these characters to die. I'm glad they have come this far, and survived so many ordeals. They have earned their retirement.

Not sure if it was mentioned but apparently July's Trading Post is called "Forsaken Memories". Pretty wild to dedicate an entire month to one race.

Brings to mind the way characters heal in SWTOR, at least back when I played it. Each class having its own flavor for it. Was a nice touch.

Alright, guess the Forsaken stuff is Trading Post then, that is a bit surprising. But I won't really complain either, I always did like the Forsaken's aesthetic, even as Alliance-only player.

The patch contains new Midsummer transmog.

The event lasts between June 21 - July 5.

Soooo perhaps another one of my predictated dates turned out to be true: 11.1.7 launching on June 17th.

8 week thing has been consistant with the exception being when they were out of the office during the holidays. There's nothing to indicate they wouldn't stick to it for the rest of the year. June 17 11.1.7 -> Aug 12 11.2 -> Oct 7 11.2.5 -> Dec 2 11.2.7 all seem like safe bets. All those dates 8 weeks from each other.

My god, this patch is massive with stuff. Incredible.

While slightly bummed we're not going deeper into the Arathi of Hallowfall, I am so happy to be returning to Eastern Kingdoms and following up on the Heartlands story. From first impressions, this is the type of faction conflicts I think we should have.

And all of these cosmetics. My god.

Regarding Arthas, while I'm sure he'll have some impact on TLT considering our return to Northrend, I'm sure his shadow will be cast heavily upon Quel'thalas considering his history with it. I'm not expecitng him to make any sort of appearance there, but it'd be hard to ignore what he did to the Elven people, and it all truly starts with Stratholme. Maybe Stratholme becomes a megadungeon in 12.0.

TBH there's so many coincidences here that I'm thinking there's a time thing going on (Aman'thul related because Light/Titan connection, or just because Light like void is a magic force) with the Light whispering to everyone, ending in a bunch of -ars that all are associated with the Light.

That would align with both light and order seeking for their to be one true timeline

On the one hand, I'm annoyed that Shadowlands didn't give us wing-mounts, that was the perfect time since each of the covenants had fitting wings. On the other, I'd still take demon wings.

Though my first thought was a fel version of the shade mounts from Shadowlands.
