You've managed to contradict yourself here.. and badly.
Arbiter was an Eternal One, very much humanoid like Denathrius, Zovaal, Primus and Winter Queen was.
The entire questline straight after the introductory Zereth Mortis quests was literally trying to find a dead host to act as the Arbiter until Pelagos eventually volunteered himself as a live one.
Looks like someone else didn't pay straight up attention

The 2nd Arbiter was artificial, and part of the reason we had to make a new Arbiter was because Zovaal reclaimed his sigil which evaporated the 2nd Arbiter.

Dunno where the contradiction is here. If K'aresh was infused with Death magic and it was sent to the Shadowlands, would Pelagos get knocked out? Would he get put into a comatose state? Would the situation be akin to the 2nd Arbiter, or would it be different due to the 2nd Arbiter's more artificial nature?
What if K'areshi is the new race, and Body 1 is Ethereal and Body 2 is Broker? With Dracthyr armor customization.

The datamined Venthyr creatures probably hand out quests around in the new hub or linked to hoa ye.. My guess as well.
Ofc I hope there is more to it, I always liked the Venthyr.

Its vague at this point where they are able to go. I though the idea was that the Venthyr were bound to the shadowlands. Altho it does makes sense for them, looking at the dreadlords as they are directly linked. But ye.. we have seen Kirian also go to Azeroth, hell we had all forces show up at caverns of time around the event as well, which was also on Azeroth.
I doesnt seem to be a problem anymore crossing the veil in general.

Ye, you could say there is hope. Its a little more then generic I think. We had different responses in the past that just shut the door instantly. This feels somewhat better.. the thing is, they just know 100% people want Ethereals since forever.

Imo consolidation of some races wouldn't be that bad idea. Obvious examples like Highmountain, Lighforged, Mag'har, uniting all High Elves, maybe even Kul Tiran + Humans. We could keep all racials too, just make something like altars for Zandalari. This would make room for actual new races like Ogres or Ethereals.

Regarding Seat of the Triumvirate, we're going to be running it in m+ in Legion Remix so odds are they just didn't want us to hate it before we got it again.
Body 1 and 2 existing opens up more opportunities to add body types like Broker and Ethereal under the same race without making all Ethereals male for example. Adding new races and classes is always going to be a fun thing despite a minority of people complaining about balance or whatever.

You already have 2 differnt body types with the ethereals male/female. The broker model would be a third then..
Broker/ethereal would most likely be a seperate option if it would fall under one banner and if both would become playable. Seems like that would make the most sense.

This would be the best option for sure. Clean out the character selection screen and make room for actual fan favorites, with their own starting area etc.
You could still keep the individual wildhammer, lightforged or highmountain races, but it now being a new option under its core race. For example; You select dwarf-> followed by a few banners-> Dark Iron, wild hammer etc (maybe even put Earthen there Idc) It would need a complete clean up for this to work tho. Cleaning up, but also respectfully not forget the identities of the races we currently have by keeping their backround when selecting them in the character selection screen. Basically allmost all would be available through the core races there.
Some are debatable.

As you mentionned, Kyrian are able to cross the veil, it's even their mission as carriers of the dead to the Shadowlands. We have seen necrolords cross the veil, once again as part of their mission. Thinking that venthyr are able to do the same isn't far-fetched at all. If anything, it would be strange if they were incapable of it considering their master.

It seems possible but they're not supposed to. The whole thing was that the Dreadlords got themselves exiled from Revendreth for being "too powerful" and "getting preferential treatment" from Denathrius, but that was all part of Zovaal's scheme to plant them as Denathrius' spies across the universe.

That seems weirdly shitty, but on the other hand the tww bonuses were weirdly shitty.
If they are happening the option would most likely be in 11.2.5 - and I hope Ethereals are the pre-order bonus, but knowing them its more likely to be something that we get at launch.

That's not what happened. He broke the Arbiter because Titans aren't supposed to cross into the shadowlands, ever. The death magic thing is your little headcanon. What are you talking about? Who infused Argus with death magic? Sargeras? How? Why would he do that? The Other titans in Antorus? How would Zovaal anticipate that?

It's literally stated both in game and by the devs that Argus entering the Shadowlands is not a natural thing that's supposed to occur, and that him being infused by Death Magic twisted the rules a bit. You're right, Titans don't go to the Shadowlands. Argus wasn't supposed to either. Guess what? He still went there, and do ya wanna know why he went there? Mhm...
Also, it's also the Nathrezim convinced Sargeras to infuse Argus with Death Magics. As for how Zovaal could anticipate it? The same way he could anticipate the stabbing of Azeroth back during the events of Edge of Night: Him playing with the Infinite possibilities of the cosmos and working his way to making those things a reality
He went to the shadowlands because the other Titans & the Players were forced to kill him. That's why he went to the shadowlands. It has nothing to do with "death magic" - under normal circumstances when a Titan's body is killed its soul just returns to Antorus, where it reforms; as demonstrated by Eonar & Aggramar in that same raid.
Though I suppose for the same reason, they could just explain it away that nobody did to K'aresh whatever Sargeras did to Argus to make him a Titan in the first place. We still don't got good worldsoul to titan pipeline explanation. They're separate because they have separate racials. I never understood why people want the races consolidated. It's not like the character creation screen is confusing. More options the better.
