When it comes to WoW lore people seem to love shutting their brain down for some reason. The same things that could happen in any other form of storytelling can happen in WoW but they'd be hated without reason.
If I was a Blizzard dev I wouldn't listen to any of it, because they do have a good story set up here. Don't need to mess it up because people are being nonsensical.

Continuing with the focus on Xal's feet, lol.
I love the void vibes but I just don't like what the topic of the conversations are. It looks to me that they still didn't recover from the soap opera mode they use since dragon flight.
Overall the war within was a fail for me narratively and the setting is also very limited..

Some mentor he is.
"Hey, I was manipulated and betrayed by Xal'atath, but I'm not going to even mention it, until it is too late and she did the same to you a few times already."

Liking feet is weird. Oh boy, wait till you learn about my kinks![]()

I mean, realistically, why would Locus-Walker bring up the fact that he was backstabbed by Xalatath at all anyway? Alleria already hates her , plus, they genuinely do need her in 11.2. It's not like Alleria was getting "closer" to Xal or anything that would warrant a word of precaution.

Regarding LW, Xal taught Locus-Walker how to use the Reshii Ribbons to blow up Dimensius and turn everyone into Ethereals in the process, he just fucked it up and didn't kill him
So I don't see where she ever backstabbed him, unless I'm forgetting something big. To him, all she wants is to kill Dimensius so she doesn't have to serve him, ala Azshara
