The model that you are presenting here could be an option. It's not a crazy idea at all.

Whatever happens after TLT, it would definitively be the biggest change for the game in WoW's history.

Nah the saga is just a marketing move, we'll get more normal expansions and sagas after that. I hope they are at least somewhat bold with the story and introduce big changes, like a world revamp, timeskips...

i like the first three points, but not only revamped northern EK, but also khazmodan? and a scarlet raid , even though we got the red dawn plotline that absorbed the scarlets.

Maybe it's less absurd than you think. Apart from the fact that what sounds absurd might actually be what Blizzard would do, it all depends on how you interpret “creating a hero class”.

For me, I interpret it as if you could merge two classes into one. Hunter + Shaman = Shadowhunter. You'd have a mix of spells from both classes plus new abilities or whatever, just imagine what you want. You'd say to me, there are hero talents that allow you to become a “hero class”.. Yeah, but maybe that's their natural evolution after TWW, who knows?

Except it's already an established term in WoW that doesn't match what you suggest. You just presupposed the claim was true and then looked for a way to work it into WoW.

A hero class is one that is based on some major lore factor. Like Death Knights, Demon Hunters or the 5 Dragonflights.

That makes no sense as a "build your own hero" kind of thing.

The existence of the Red Dawn doesn't necessarily preclude the possibility of a Scarlet Crusade themed raid. It's still red clothed zealous paladins.

i don't think we will see any leak until the week of gamescom, and even then, perhaps only a few hours in advance.

Yeah but the Red Dawn is just the Scarlet Crusade. Of the groups that make it up the Red Dawn, Syndicate & Defias have essentially had their identities supplanted by the crusade. It's just the Scarlet Crusade International.

I say something real bad happens to the Light after Midnight and when we are done in the Saga we will find out that order has collapsed in the Empire because of it. So we'll go to help. Alternative would be for them to invade us but having another case of someone invading and being beaten in the prepatch only for us to counter attack would be silly to me.

I really like the idea of the class, but the rest a little less so. A purely magical archer is a W for me.

1) if there is a new race it won't be a reskin like high elves

2) housing won't be the only major feature of the expansion

I simply reacted by saying that maybe it wasn't that absurd, by giving my interpretation of the leak so I speculated on what it might mean. Lighten up, man.
