Yeah i don't think full blown sliders will ever happen 100%.
Height size slider would be fun tho, they could use the "Elixir of Giant Growth" as a measure to how tall your character can get.
Body types would nice too, like orcs getting option to be as buff as garrosh model was, kultirans getting thintirans etc.

You ..... literally can look like WoD Garrosh already? Utilising more body types (aswell as giving us pronouns) would be fun though.

Yeah, that's where "official" subrace tags start to get old quite fast. And I doubt they will ever allow us to customize our "racetag" fully like you can with RP addons, sadly.

Also lumping the Orcs into Orc, Mag'har and Iron Horde Mag'har would be a big win, even if it's just a toggle to select. No reason that the Outland Orcs can't come join. (Also honestly at this point they should add a Dragonmaw skin, it's about time)
I still think some kind of ingame TRP where you can select to show others some (optional) descriptive info on your character would be cool.
The Midnight announcement scares me. What if Quel'Thalas isn't what I want it to be? D:
75% of it should be covered in trees, either autumnal or green depending on what era they draw from.
Eh not really, player orcs model is smaller than garrosh one from WoD, garrosh looks like a hulk in comparison, it would be fun to have that as an option.
I think even senior art director around wod was talking about ideas for "extra features" that would include like thrall body type or garrosh, obviously it was scraped.

Yeah honestly, the collectors edition mounts alone scare me a bit, as the focus may be more on the "light forces" than the fucking elfs defending QT ... (unless it's a switch and bait, and we have to fight against the light aswell once we "banish the shadow forever").
That said, my main is a lightforged so I guess I take that too.

It's ..... literally the same model?? It's just bigger like any other boss model lol.

Light forces that fit a TBC expansion (so, Naaru-tied) are Belf, Draenei (teed up for this expansion in DF) and, if we think Metzen will follow up on it, possibly some Forsaken through Calia who was rezzed by the Netherlight Naaru and can use Light. And Forsaken are heavily tied to QT.
I wouldn't worry about "Forces of light" meaning like a Human expansion. The Naaru are super-tied to TBC races so they will definitely have a focus here. I'm not even sure who's still around besides the one from Netherlight, and A'dal.

I want the war of Light and Shadow to be a type of overarching thing. An ongoing story like when we used to visit with Magni in the Chamber of the Heart or whatever they used to call it. "Hero, I have a need of you again! Meet me at the Sunspire when you can..."
While the main experience should be about doing elven things in an elven land. Thinking about what type of lumber I want to use for my new bow, looking for clues about Sylvanas' past in some Windrunner Spire delve, or helping scouts make their way through a mountain pass and into Northeron to seek aid from the Wildhammer.
Yeah but we expected that tbf. What I didn't expect (nor really want) was full cosmic(TM) light forces arriving and stealing the show. If it's just our army of light + normal draenei with the Naaru from Outlands, fine. It works as a "'member TBC" reference.
A full on yellow mirror match of the void forces that tints half of QT in light and steals the show of the elfs coming together to defend their homelands can wait for their lightlands expansion though imo. It also would make the cosmic void forces lame that way, if it turns out that they are basically both parts of the same coin and we are just trapped in between two fronts.

The preorder being light and void dragonhawks makes me think it's just them showing restraint on locking important mounts to the bundle and instead going all in on something symbolic to the expansion. So they aren't making the same mistake as they did in BFA and TWW where these really nice racial mounts were locked behind a lot of money.
Unless they are Sin'dorei and Ren'dorei armored dragonhawks in which case they learned NOTHING.

The pre order mounts usually are pretty HEYLOOKEXPANSIONTHEME!!!. Algarian Stormrider, Tangled Dreamweaver, etc.
A good way to pump the most dramatic overarcing theming mount out to entice a preorder buy.
And honestly, the TWW CE was the best way anyways, since you got all the customizations for free. Really hope they continue the mounts with customizations thing (but abandon full transformations, these should be just their own mounts as they literally break what makes customizable mounts cool in the first place - customizations, duh).
I wonder that with us coming back to the old world, will the veery old racial mounts get updated? Like raptors for trolls, wolves for orcs, rams for dwarves etc.

Oh yeah, customizable mounts... for some reason I think they will skip that this expansion. Or maybe restrict it to Delves again?
