I no longer reply to quotations beyond if you're asking a genuine question or have a non-confrontational stance.

Yeah, I'm sorry, this is not an adequate response for what I said.
It would be enough if that scene directly challenged everything, but there's too much other evidence stacking the other way.
If a story actively lies to the player perform a twist, it means there's absolutely no rhyme or reason to any of it. Anything can happen at any time no matter how little it makes sense.
You can't go back on something designed to clarify information - otherwise you get bullshit like Chronicle being made into a Titan point of view book, but still literally using the term "world of Warcraft." Unless the Titans are going to break the fourth wall, that's a pretty large failure.
Bigger still, you can't or shouldn't outright lie in something designed to give information to people with actual disabilities. That's not just a dick move, that's actually unethical.
You can't slam the audience with a twist unless it fits with established information. And I mean explicitly established, not one character's point of view. The Aspects at the end of DF, the Earthen payoff, literal third person omniscient information given to the player, fucking accessibility data - these are all more than just Magni getting bonked out.
This isn't MGS2 lying in its trailer to make a meta commentary point. This is shit in the actual launched game.
You guys kill me; literally, take me out until the 19th when we have a giant cheer for high elves.
Speaking of which, anyone that finished Ky'veza's delve, is she dead dead? Or was that another copy of hers?
I'm curious about it, they are the 3rd most played alliance race after NE and humans. I wouldn't be surprised if HE happen they'll be up there with Blood Elves

Idk why people are so hellbent on making the story more convoluted than it needs to be.
We have a CGI trailer and 2 in-game cinematic where the World Soul was shown, calling out directly to Anduin, Magni and Orweyna.
All 3 of which where Azeroth was warning us or directly helping fuck over Xal'ataths plans.
We also know the exact point in the timeline when the Radiant Song started, when Amirdrassil manifested onto Azeroth and connected to the Worldsoul.
Where Azeroth also manifested her power for the first time, empowering the Aspects.
Blizzard has been very direct on who that giant glowing energy ball in those cinematics is and where the Song is coming from.
Do you seriously consider that a possibility?
That Xal'atath, who is explicitly after the Worldsoul, somehow has the power to put Azeroth to sleep (which on its own is ridiculous, because Azeroth has been asleep up until 10.2), something which even the Titans needed an entire planet-wide network of machinery to do, but somehow has to make up a convoluted plan to gain more power so she can gobble her up?

Elf tattoos are definitely happening, I've been convinced since I saw them on Arator.
Or helped save the Earthen from corruption.
Or warned Orweyna about the Goblins.
Or called out to Anduin so he can go on his journey of self-discovery.
Xal must have some real damn head injury to sow chaos only to then help out stop her own plans for the sake of cosplaying as the magic planet woman, or give out free exposure therapy.

Nope, it sure doesn't!
It's the inverse of idiot writers trying to change things to beat Reddit rather than just tell a story.
People are so desperate to concoct plot twists or add a bunch of convolution just so they can be smugly satisfied that they said it first rather than it following a sensible story direction.
And naturally without an ounce of skin in the game. You know Enrif won't say a damn thing when it turns out this way despite the passive-aggressive quoting nonsense in their signature designed to keep score.
But trust me guys, there's a super complicated and plot twisty reason Sylvanas burns the tree down. Also, Lavaman.m2 in the files totally isn't Bolvar. Also, karesh_raid totally doesn't imply K'aresh in TWW. Also, the removal of KT and Zandalar achievement icons from data by mistake totally isn't a red flag those are the locations for BFA.
And literally dozens of other examples.
Sometimes a cigar is just a nice, thick, hot red goblin rocket.

Xal could have literally sent us to bum-fuck Highmountain for some "Champions! I am dying and I need you to collect these Highmountain pine cones!" action, but instead she sent us to where the whole Black Blood operation is going on and the place her whole plan hinges on.
Some schemer she is![]()

Wouldn't that just be void elves then?
I guess having doing that for every race seems a bit over the top, besides we also have shadowform, voidform, (gold version) form as well. The vibe is kinda there already Also not sure how different it will look or what we would really gain as a 'void' vulpera, how it would look like.
Man I have seen so many ideas here, but personally I think the whole character selection screen update/overhaul sounds the coolest to me. Just because, i want more customization and new races the most. Always has been the most exciting feature every time for me.

Yes, that's absolutely true. It has also been one of my top zones and vibes there since their introduction in bc. Can't wait to see how an Updated silvermoon and Quel'Danas(pls, big harbor from the art) will look like.

A - Magni got super charged by a titan machine. We don't know what happend.
B - Xal wanting us there WAS her plan. She set us against the Nerubians, which just so happend to attack Dalarn once it reached Khaz Alger, convinent, huh? And the last cinematic with Alleria realizing we charged the black blood with our conflict. THATs why Xal would has wanted us there.
