Thing about the names...
As others have mentioned, Gamescom is in Cologne.
So if something leaks, unless it is a very internal one from within Blizz, like the preorder screen, it will be in german.
I fully expect the true leak to come with broken english and system names translated wrong.
I mean, I have a degree in translating german and english and I have no idea how Delves should be in German.
Soul Demon Hunter is a simple enough fake name. But generally I don't expect class, spec and system names to be on point.

The whole expansion is rushed.
Tis why we got Siren Isle. an out of context bullshit zone, followed by the trip two steps behind Xal'atath, who was trying to get back on track for the story.
I bet you, the original plan was to have a patch zone, at least one more, under Azj-Kahet, but that was moved further into the Worldsoul Saga. Perhaps even rebranded as a Northrend zone under Azjol-Nerub.
Reworking TWW halfway into the first part of the saga may not have been the best decision, but I understand they were desperate after the trainwreck that was Shadowlands.
Imagine if Quel'Thalas really does fall, and the ones to save the day are the Forest Trolls. Initially at least.
Elves seeking shelter among the boughs of Zul'Aman.
Amani guerilla fighters hunting the minions of the Void in the wilds, collecting tentacles like trophies.
Meanwhile we have time to rally. To sort out issues in the south where humans live, which has been destabilising the Ghostlands.
Then a force of unified elves begin taking back territory within Eversong Woods, before finally the forces of the Light move against the Sunwell.
After the dust has settled, this overwhelming force ends up oppressing us, threatening to take control of the worldsoul. That's when the Titans return.

IF... big IF... we get again Artifact weapons, i hope they don't repeat Legions artifact weapons, as in "go out pick up a weapon". I think for something like midnight, it would be much more fitting if we create a artifact weapon. I mean, since legion we helped in the creation of multiple artifact cloaks, so a weapon would be the next step. This way they could also go more wild with artifact weapon designs. Like not all Paladin weapons would have to look like the ashbringer.
If i would develop such a system, i would probably phrase it in a way like: "the artifact weapons helped us against the legions demons, but this time the thread is a cosmic threat, not an army of demons. We need something of cosmic power to fight that off." Then we proceed to pick one of 6 cosmic forces (including void), to make a weapon for your class (not spec). The initial design of the weapon would be based of the first cosmic force you choose, with the others being available later on in sidequests.
Since that weapon would be one per class, instead of spec, it would need some liberties in how it looks on certain classes. Notably those that have drasticly different weapon types per spec (warrior, paladin, hunter). Warrior could get a 2h weapon with a matching shield, which just uses the 2h on arms, protection uses the 2h plus shield as does fury, but fury can "attack" with the shield as if it were an offhand weapon. Similar for paladin. Hunter would the most challenging, but i could see the base artifact weapon be a longrifle with a bayonet, that can work as a polearm AND a firearm.

why a german leak, the people in germany might be the leaker, but most of those that could leak, wouldn't do so to an english forum for just one of the games. It would be more likely that one leaks it in german to another german, who than puts it up here. Like if i would get the leak in german i would post it here in german and than translate it. As just writing the translation is not very credibly.
Not that anyone would leak something to me.
If it were some large scale leak of everything at gamescom it's significantly more likely that they'd leak it in English on 4chan or something. If it's just wow, anyone who has access to those slides also has access to the English so there's not much reason for them to pick the German if they're looking to make a splash.
Does "soul" even make any sense in German? It has literally nothing to do with the Void and is a complete thematic departure from the other two specs.
the question is, how would they improve on hero talents?
Making it more like the normal talents tree, where you can't get everything?
More nodes?
Different Hero Talent choices?
How does it factor in leveling?
TLT will likely incure a level squish, how will that interact with hero talents?
Will class and spec talent trees never expand, just changed slightly for balancing?
There is a lot of stuff wrapped up in hero talents, that it is really hard to foresee how it could evolve into midnight

That's the problem with a lot of them, they just don't really do much to fill out the fantasy they're trying to sell. Or you're stuck picking between 2 fantasies you might not want like with MM hunter. Or you get stuck with persistent visuals that aren't that great like Oracle or Sunfury. Or you feel pressured into playing one because it's just significantly better than the alternative.
The whole thing feels like a monkey paw wish fulfillment for people who wanted more class customization.
