Plus, while Denathrius and Azshara are good on their own, I feel like their personalities are far too redundant to make an enjoyable pairing. They're practically the same people. I'd rather they be paired with characters that they can have more of a dynamic with.

If they are just temporarily using one another with mutual intent to betray the other, that would make more sense. Personally, however, I'd prefer to see them be outright enemies; besides, it would be a bit odd for Xal'atath to overlook the inevitability of Azshara turning on her first given that she already did the same to N'Zoth.

So, question for the MMO-C community: Would you prefer the "Full story" being available from the beginning (whether this be an expansion/patch) or would you prefer it play out in chunks (time-gating...new quest(s) every week)? I ask because while having the story all at once is awesome, it also sucks because then you have to wait several weeks/months for new story. On the other-hand, if you get story weekly, it takes longer to learn everything BUT then you have something to speculate on, and look forward to weekly, as you await new content not too far in the future?

I find it sad that people can't get get beyond finding lgbtq romances weird/political/ideological etc, 'cause I feel like blizzard has done a terrific job this expansion doing exactly what people have wanted out of this aspect of narrative - organic, grounded, not always the focus, not always irrelevant, character emphasis. Whether it's Malygos/Syndragosa (straight couple btw), which I found to be among the best narratives this expansion, or the vast array of less important characters that just inhabit the world.
After having lived through Thrall and Aggra's story in cata ... I think we have an embarrassment of riches.
Sure there's people who are against any kind of romance in WoW ... which, if we were getting Thrall/Aggra styled narratives, I might have agreed with. But we're not. I find it a little juvenille to refuse any kind of romance in games as a general rule, kinda gives "girls have cooties" vibes. It's a part of the human condition, just like war, greed, family, friendship, all have been thoroughly explored as well.

Sometimes, the light of the moon is a key to other spaces. I've found a place where, for a night or two, the streets curve in unfamiliar ways. If I walk here, I might find insight, or I might be touched by madness.

I didn't find any quest about this. Is it part of the time rifts?
I'm talking this expansion, do Thrall and Aggra show up? Has Baine started courting Mayla this expac? Last I know they're just pals. Nozdormu and Soridormi barely speak to each other and almost never acknowledge the fact that they are mates.Beyond them off the top of my head we got
That one tuskar couple
Sebillion and what ever is brood mother is called
Nozdormu and Soridormi
Thrall and Aggra (not on the isle but I’d say still count)
Baine and Mayla
And then likely tons of smaller couples I'm missing, there are plenty.
You can understand the feeling that I've had playing the main story and the quests along the way without trying to shoehorn counter examples, can't you?

Then why was the elder being used as a battery
"It served as effective fuel for the crucible for a millenia"
Why does one of the other elders have the power of shadow?

Ok romance aside I am definitely wondering if Xal might be able to obtain remornia and essentially enslave Denathrius with a new body? She's done it for herself with that Naga item
I haven't touched time rifts personally but I believe so.
orc heritage.I'm talking this expansion, do Thrall and Aggra show up?
No I really can't understand "everybody is gay" when that's just demonstrable not the case. You can understand the feeling that I've had playing the main story and the quests along the way without trying to shoehorn counter examples, can't you?
Evil only wins when it spreads. It can cause destruction, it can cause death—but those are consequences of its nature, not its victory. Not its goal. The danger of evil, the purpose of evil, is that it causes those who would oppose it to become evil also.
There's two "prominent" (quest NPC) gay couples in Dragonflight I can even think of, and I'm queer, so these things should stand out to me.
The only two times I didn't like the representation were the Centaur marriage quest, which just felt out of place in the game in general and was just... cringey, and the way they handled Pelagos - which I'm not going to talk about because I hate opening myself up about my own experiences because of crazy people on "both sides".
The game is not swarmed with LGBT content. It's just sort of there in a few places, and that's how real life is, and how a fantasy world would be too. Like, give me more of the Artisan couple popping up from time to time. Those two dudes are awesome. That felt natural for a romance thing. Same thing with the Jewelcrafting quests from Cataclysm.
Anybody who says something like that is "in their face" is clearly just mad it exists in general.
