There is no way in hell it's going to give Heroic Gear. No way at all. At best, you will get 2-4 Champion pieces per week and the rest will be Veteran.

If the highest World Tier is difficult I don't really see why we shouldn't get Heroic Gear.

Tier 11 Delves are very easy. Tier 8 are even more easy and we get Heroic Gear from them.

Reminder that we get Champion Gear from the Nightfall event, which is a joke.

Veteran Gear is given away in practically any kind of content.

It just depends on how challenging the content is.

Once again, why do y'all want to spend a bunch of time spamming one button instead of getting the game play loop of questing with your full kit?

Leveling is boring, questing is fun

Because IT IS fun. What you find boring others might find fun, and vice versa. I find it far more boring if they gave me 150 quests to do with my full kit. While in levelling, as I level up I get new abilities, things change etc. I like the idea of finding better gear suited for my level so I grow more powerful.

If I had to pull one mob at a time because suddenly the mobs have 3x more HP and damage, that wouldn't make it more exciting. I am just going to pull less mobs at a time. That's just more tedious.

I would expect affixes that give extra abilities to mobs that you cannot ignore. The idea is to make the world content actually require you to pay attention, force you to interrupt and dodge abilities because they can kill you. Good players would still be pulling multiple mobs at once cause they can dodge and they can switch to mobs to interrupt them. I would hope it is less about health pools and more about damage output. That said, the health should be enough that you do not one/two shot most mobs. Launch mobs die in two spells for most people these days.

Just unequip your gear then? You can already have a hard mode. There's white gear vendors in every hub.

I'd rather not Blizzard wastes time implementing things that are completely redundant.

I don't get this argument. They are wasting a lot of time doing a lot of different things. You can't decide what's a waste and what isn't. /shrug

How do you make the Hallowfall Weekly, the Theater, the Azj-kahet Weekly, or really, any weekly "difficult"? None of them require any type of fighting, and I would expect that's the content that would give the HC Track gear.

Even so, Delves give 1 HC item a week, Nightfall gave 1 Champion item per week.

I tend to agree a world tier type of system makes more sense in Diablo where you basically have infinite paragon levels after max level. They'd have to think of something compelling to make it fit wow without making it an AP like infinite power grind system. Personally, I would probably tie it to cosmetics only, not gear or power acquisition. P.S. to above poster, delves give two heroic per week with the bounty map.

For years i've seen people asking for harder lvling experience, but the whole shazam is right there, the reward should be your personal enjoyment from slower lvling and harder mobs, just a toggle from easy to hard mode with no extra rewards, that seem pretty much what people asked for.

If there will be better rewards than on normal, then of course people will be inclined to do it, even if they find it very tedious and a slog, for like new expansion release.

T11 is not that easy imo. Unless you are doing it with a tank or a pet spec mobs can very easily kill you.

If we get challenging World Content through World Tiers, gear rewards should be higher than all these events. The opposite wouldn't make sense.

I don't know man. I consider myself a very mediocre player. I play as Havoc DH and I do Tier 11 Delves with Brann as DPS very easily. With the belt maxed out is a walk in the park.

Not sure what the state of Brann tank is now, but I found t11s doable on healers fairly handily, even with shitty gear. Have to pull carefully at first of course until tou acquire better gear

To be fair I'm talking about Season 2.

I haven't done much Delves in Season 3 yet.

As Havoc DH t11 delves is free even in lower gear, probably much harder with some other classes though. Adding world tier that makes it actually difficult with cool and good rewards would be an absolute W for so many people I think.

That is precisely what HC leveling is supposed to fix. It isn't for people who want max level ASAP, it's for people who want leveling to be game again.

You're mixing up what you want it to be with what it is supposed to be.

I haven't done much Delves in Season 3 yet.

I understand that I won't be able to do Tier 11 Delves with Brann as DPS until I get more gear. But eventually it should be as easy as in Season 2.

Talking about difficulty in content after the first 8 weeks of the season is generally pointless imo? For decent players, all but the hardest content (M+ above 10 and Mythic raiding) will not be a significant challenge past week 4 and certainly not past week 8. Talking about how easy something is in the most gear inflated season in the history of Warcraft doesn't really lead to any decent comparisons.
