My thoughts exactly, it looks just like the Black Blood growths over in Azj'kahet, only the color is different due to the filter.

To be fair bastion looks amazing in game aswell. Very different from this concept art but zone itself is stunning.

Yeah but whenever it's brought up people tend to just go "nah that's old lore man, pre Worldsoul Saga" or "she's coming later, because in my head canon she isn't part of Midnight".

The Unseeming is full of coral and anemone like doodads. Turn the black blood to purple (by infusing it with the Void through Dimensius and the Dark Heart) and this is what you'd get. The entire expac Xal's plan was to accrue as much Black Blood as possible. Undermine was entirely about how the Black Blood reacts to Azerite and how it can be weaponized. Instead of powering up her McGuffin through draining the Beledar, she did it by capturing Dimensius. But what was the next step?
This is the next step. Either shown in a cinematic during 11.2.7 or prepatch material with a scenario before we go around the planet doing Voidstorm incursions.

There's just no way that image depicts an underground area. While you can argue there are similarities with some Khaz Algar visual themes, it looks much more like an emptied underwater zone. Just look at the tiny stream of water slithering its way across the ground. There was water running there.

Blizzard sending us right back to an underground zone after promising tranquil forests in Quel'Thalas is just crazy.
