Don't know about the newer ones, but the OG Lego Star Wars was a masterpiece.

Idk if shovel knight is even considered hard but i rage quit halfway through the game.

There is some challenging stuff in Shovel Knight but Hollow Knight is closer to a Dark Souls level of difficulty.
