Who is the one deciding the next playable races? Just do the opposite of what they suggest from now on please.

I guess haranir enjoyers (which I am) are pretty happy with that allied race but I agree the features are looking pretty disappointing. Maybe they're reveal more about how they've iterated on already existing features, but as it stands, just the standard zones dungeons and raids basically is not what people were hyped up for

I figured we'd still see the Haranir in TLT, but I really wasn't expecting the Rootlands now.
Apparently there's also a big leveling revamp for new and returning players "focused on big characters and epic stories", so I'm curious to see what that will be.

Zul’aman as a zone is all I really wanted so I’m pretty happy, a new bg is gravy though it seems a shame not to have it useable for blitz.
Evil only wins when it spreads. It can cause destruction, it can cause death—but those are consequences of its nature, not its victory. Not its goal. The danger of evil, the purpose of evil, is that it causes those who would oppose it to become evil also.

What a fucking let down, furry elves that add fucking nothing to the game, another bullshit neutral race at that and once again the amani being villains
New DH spec and they open the class for more cringe elves instead of other races lame, lame.
Well this means I'm very worried about 13.0. Because we're seeing a pattern, here.
Rather than having three cool standalone expansions that have an overarching story that continues, we've had a "The Hobbit"-situation with one book spread into three films. At least that what it's starting to look like to me (happy to be proven wrong down the line).
Why do I think this?
Rootlands wasn't scrapped to pour dev resources into Midnight as the big comeback. It was paused because they needed the content for Midnight.
Haranir are cool and I really wanted them a year ago, but by now they feel outdated and irrelevant to the theme of the expansion. Again, they feel recycled.
I'm sure in Blizzard's mind this all makes perfect sense; 3 expansions bleeding into one another. They took bits of the original TWW and spread it out, and added some more unique flavour to each part.
But part 2 really needed to be "Empire," and at least judging by the cinematic and gameplay trailer it just doesn't feel like it. So far.![]()
One day they will understand what THIS

Murder Row as a dungeon makes me smile.

I know im probably overthinking this.. but the text here seems kinda on.
On the Midnight reveal Site when you look under dungeons an raids it says
"Battle your way through eight dungeons, Then confront nine bosses across three new raids"
are we only getting 9 bosses across three raids? or am i just reading that wrong?

By the way, spellbreakers not being in this expac means we ain't ever getting em. Kinda sad to realize
