I was hoping for a little bit of Northern Lordaeron (west of ghostlands), don't really dig the idea of a voidstorm zone either, feels too much like ka'resh. Combining Eversong/Ghostlands/Probably Quel'danas into a single zone feels off too. Not excited for the Underground zone coming out of the War Within either.
No new customization options feels sad too.
DH spec is cool, new Quel'thalas is beautiful as well! Liadrin's new ingame model looks really nice, and I'm very glad Lor'themar is not dead. The prey system/world tiers thing is sick as well. Broadly I'm optimistic. Somewhat mixed, but I like what I'm seeing so far.

Go rewatch it.
Shadowlands literally started the trend of using individual zones as features for its trailer, my dude.
Torghast was vague from the drop, about as vague as Prey is, which we still lack details on.
The remainder was...literally splitting your game in into quarters, which we told them was a bad idea, they ignored, and then proceeded to walk it back after kicking and screaming, while forum sycophants backed them despite us also telling them for over a year. We were right, it was a mess, not a single apology was ever issued, and to this day the ability to swap between Covenants is still unwieldy and unenjoyable if you're going for Korthia mounts or working on the meta achievement or something.
There were other things, like new DK race combinations, new character customization, and craftable legendaries, but all of that was omitted from the reveals and waited until the panels. Kind of like what we're doing now.
Also, no housing. They already gave us a huge smorgasbord of information, we got spoiled with it sooner. Maybe they shouldn't have?
The Haranir are whatever, but they are, factually, a new playable race. One spec is disappointing but it is, factually, one more spec than Shadowlands granted. I'd argue Shadowlands granted a negative number of new specs, frankly, by how cancerous and unwieldy its suite of unnecessary systems were that feel wholly unconnected to your character and their identity. Hey, remember when we said some of those abilities were good and should've been talents? Where are they now?

They built a bridge to Quel'Danas

Imagine if it were Turalyon touching Liadrin's shoulder in the CGI cinematic, would've been cool.

I like her but sincerely doubt she'll get a good shake. The Blood Knights have been just basic paladins for eons and a whole cinematic where Liadrin begging the Light is what solves the problem won't help this. Salandria, who's story dates back to when the Blood Knights were actually interesting and was implied as causing quite a lot of damage, including taking over a dragon, will not mesh with this and should avoid screentime as it'll invariably be used for some hack-kneed come to Jesus story.
